WIN a ride in the Westpac Life Saver rescue helicopter and tickets to the exciting Kellogg's Nutri-Grain Ironman series final.

The Daily Telegraph and Surf Life Saving Australia are giving you the chance to see what it’s like in the Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter and win VIP tickets to the Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain Ironman Series final.

You and a friend will experience a flight over Sydney in the Westpac Life Saver Rescue Helicopter amongst the crew who patrol our beaches & perform lifesaving rescues. You will also win tickets to the Ironman Series Final and attend the official post-event function where you can meet all the Ironman Series stars.

(Coogee Beach Sunday 22 February 12pm - 3pm)
