Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry by each entrant. Entry is open to residents of Australia. Employees of the promoter and their families and agencies are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) on 22nd January, 2009 and closes 11.59pm (AEST) on 19th February, 2009. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
To enter the competition, log onto tridentfoods.com.au/competition and complete in full in the manner required and submit the online entry form during the promotional period. In order to fully complete the online entry form, eligible entrants will be required to provide their full name, day time phone number, email, residential address and the answer to the promotional question in 25 words or less 'Describe which deliciously authentic Trident Marinade you would love to use this Chinese New Year and why'. Multiple entries can be accepted but each entry must be entered separately. Entry is strictly via Internet only. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependant on the Internet provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall be deemed invalid and will result in an ineligible entry.
The 5 winners will be confirmed at 11am on 26/02/2009 at MJW Advertising, Level 5, Frank Hurley Grandstand Fox Studios Australia, Driver Avenue, Moore Park NSW 2021. The winners will be notified by phone and email and their details will also be published on the promotional website on 6/3/2009. All reasonable steps to notify the winner will be taken by the Promoter. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will receive a Tefal Specifics Top Coat Wok 32cm valued at $99.95. Total prize value is $499.75 as at 7/1/09. All prices quoted in $AU unless otherwise stated.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable and can not be taken as cash. The promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any changes in the value of the prize occurring between the publishing date and the prize claim date. If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then a similar prize of equal or greater value will be awarded to the winner.
