Cirque du Soleil is returning to Perth for a limited season on 28 January with the spectacular new show Dralion, which will be playing in the trademark blue and yellow Grand Chapiteau in Langley Park.

Dralion has been seen by over 8 million people worldwide and is now wowing Australian audiences. The show is a fusion of ancient Chinese circus tradition and the avant-garde approach of Cirque du Soleil. Dralion’s name is drawn from its two main symbols—the dragon, representing the East, and the lion, representing the West.

The Sunday Telegraph said of the show: “It’s fresh, original and feels excitingly dangerous…” and the Courier Mail said it is “Possibly the best Cirque du Soleil show ever”

just went to enter this and noted the following from the terms and conditions :


The competition commences on Friday 23 January 2009 at 9:00am (WST) and entries close at 9am on Monday 23 January 2009 (WST).
The prize draw will take place at the offices of Garden City Shopping Centre at 9am on Monday 23 January(EST). The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.


I wonder if they meant to put February - all a bit strange.
