TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Entrants must join the MyFun Club to be eligible to enter the competition. In joining the MyFun Club entrants will be required to provide various personal details.
Entrants must enter at www.myfun.com.au and only one (1) entry per week will be accepted. In completing the competition entry, entrants will be required to confirm personal details.
Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entry to the competition is free (excluding Internet connection charges). Entry is open to all Australian residents except employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and associated companies.
The competition commences on 01/11/08 and closes at 11:45pm AEST 22/02/09. Entries not completed in accordance with the terms and conditions or submitted after the closing date will not be considered. The judge's decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters.
The winner will be randomly drawn by computer on 23/02/09 at 9:00am AEST at Pacific Motorway, OXENFORD, QLD, 4210. The winner will be notified by telephone, email and the winner's names will be published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on 25/02/09. The Promoter reserves the right to announce or publish the winner's name and/or photograph for publicity purposes. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize may be awarded to the winner's parent/guardian on behalf of the winner if the promoter so elects.
The promoter may conduct further draws at same place as original draw on 18/05/09 to distribute any prize unclaimed by that date, subject to any written directions given under Reg. 37 of the Lottery & Gaming Regs (1993) SA. In the event that there any winners in the unclaimed prize draw, their names will be published in The Australian on 21/05/09.
The prize consists of a return trip for 2 adults and 2 children (aged 2 to 11 years inclusive) to the Gold Coast, Queensland, including Return economy flights from the winner�s nearest capital city to the Gold Coast/Coolangatta airport. Three (3) night�s family accommodation at Sea World Resort (subject to availability and outside of Australian school holidays).Transfers to and from Gold Coast Airport to Sea World Resort. A Fun Pass for 2 adults and 2 children (aged 3 to 13 years inclusive) to visit Sea World, Warner Bros. Movie World and Wet�n�Wild Water World within 5 Days. Tickets to the Australian Outback Spectacular and Paradise Country for 2 Adults and 2 Children (aged 4 to 13 years inclusive).

All transport to and from the theme parks and residence to the airport, meals, beverages, spending money and other ancillary costs are not included in the prize, unless otherwise stated, and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The winner releases the Promoter from and indemnifies the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failures, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration or non-receipt of entrant's communications. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions or any failure of any internet communication to be received by the Promoter. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any damage to any entrant's (or any other person's) computer resulting from or otherwise relating to participation in this competition.
