When you make a purchase, your driver will give you an entry form... in fact you'll get an entry with EVERY purchase, so you can enter as often as you like!

Competition starts 05/01/09 till 22/02/09.

Obtain entry form from driver and return completed form to your Home Ice Cream vendor.

No entry forms will be accepted by mail or any other post or electronic mail.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Information on how to enter the competition forms part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to:
a. Customers who purchase a Home Ice Cream Product.
b. Multiple entries are valid with multiple purchases
3. How to Enter:
a. Obtain your entry form with every purchase, from your Home Ice Cream Vendor and return the completed form to your Home Ice Cream Vendor. No entry forms will be accepted by mail or any other post or electronic mail.

5. The Promotion period commences on the Monday January 5th, 2009 and closes on the Sunday 22nd February, 2009.
6. The Prizes will be drawn at 11am on Tuesday 24th March 2009 in the New South Wales office of Home Ice Cream Pty Ltd, 3 Ford Street, Huntingwood NSW, 2148.
7. The first 50 valid entries drawn in the prize draw will win a TiVo Media Device and Adaptor. Recommended retail price is $758.95 inc. GST per unit. Total Prize Pool is $37,947.50 inc. GST.
8. Winners will be notified by mail sent to the address provided on the entry form. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the Winner by the 4th April 2009 then the prize is forfeited and a further draw will be conducted on the 26th June 2009 If the Winner decides not to accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited and a further draw will be conducted from the remaining entries in the relevant prize pool. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Winners will be published in The Australian on Saturday 28th March 2009
10. Employees and immediate families are ineligible to enter
11. Unless otherwise notified, Home Ice Cream Pty Ltd may use the entries and details of entrants for promotional and publicity purposes. Entrants consent to their entries being used in all media by Home Ice Cream Pty Ltd, including their name and suburb.
12. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the terms and conditions of this promotion.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with another prize of equal or greater value.
15. Prizes will be delivered to individual winners (at the address provided on the entry form) by an authorised representative of Home Ice Cream Pty Ltd.
16. The Prize cannot be converted into cash and is not transferable.
17. The Winner agrees to the use of their name, image and photographs for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agrees that the Promoter will own the copyright of any such images and photographs and in all material incorporating the photographs.
18. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
19. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned; whether caused by infection of computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

Yeah bpm, I asked for ef, he said to me fill it in and give it back to him next fortnight, just set my self a reminder to catch him then.
The truck had the promotion on it.

I can't believe that as a comper I would have forgotten about getting an EF - the driver made sure he gave me one & explained it!! lol I'll hold onto til next time then!! lol

My Driver is Great!! She gives my son free ice creams to try when new ones come out
Then he tells her if they are Yummy,ok or Yuk!!
He's her little Tester!!
