Ghost
Town Competition
HE SEES DEAD PEOPLE...AND THEY ANNOY HIM!
YOU COULD WIN A CHANCE TO EXPERIENCE YOUR VERY OWN GHOSTLY ENCOUNTER THANKS TO THE Q STATION AND 'GHOST
TOWN'!
Relax. Rejuvenate. Be inspired. Experience, the invigorating, restorative beauty of the Australian bush at the iconic Q Station. Situated on Sydney
Harbour, five minutes from Manly beach, this former quarantine station represents over 150 years of Australian history. Immerse yourself in
interactive experiences and create your own history in beautiful seclusion. We've teamed up with Q Station to offer a wonderful weekend away
including a ghost tour for 2 people, 2 nights accommodation with breakfast and a two course meal for two at the Boilerhouse restaurant (alcohol

In the romantic comedy "Ghost Town," Bertram Pincus (Ricky Gervais), is a man whose people skills leave much to be desired. When Pincus dies
unexpectedly, but is miraculously revived after seven minutes, he wakes up to discover that he now has the annoying ability to see ghosts. Even worse,
they all want something from him, particularly Frank Herlihy (Greg Kinnear) who pesters him into breaking up the impending marriage of his widow Gwen
(Téa Leoni). That puts Pincus squarely in the middle of a triangle with spirited results.

wow lisabart. i dont think i would like a really scary experience like that. but would love to see one....but i know i would be terrified.
i hear that there is a ghost tour in melbourne you can do. i would love to do that
I have nevr been a believer in ghosts etc but 2 yrs ago I moved into a rental property and ended up cutting my lease short for the first time ever to get out. I refused to sleep there after about a weeka nd a half due to really scary stuff going on. After I moved out I found out that 2 people had died in the room mentioned and one of them had been stored under a bed in the little room for over a week and the bed was still in the house. It had been left there. Luckily I hadn't slept on it. That room and the adjoining one were icy cold and I won't go into more details but the 'feeling' in the house was well....evil as far as I'm concerned.
Once someone tapped me on the shoulder, quite hard so it made me turn around, only to see nobody and I was the only one in the room!
does this comp exclude QLD as its not in the dropdown box on registration form...any help?
I can't get in - keeps saying a server error - is everyone else ok
any suggestions
could someone/anyone please try to see if they can log in so I can know if its my problem
Hi Clover. No I couldn't log in either due to their 'internal systems error'.
thanks for letting me know Firefly61 - I appreciate it
Your welcome Clover! O.K. this is weird but if I log in on the comp link page, I still get told 'sorry internal server error'.
If I put in my log in details on the top right hand corner of the Hoyts page it does log me in. Then under the Movie Club heading press on
competitions. Click on Ghost Town 'more information'. Then click on 'Sign in and enter'. It takes me to the box to write my answer.
Hope this method works for you clover. I'm not actually entering as I'm a scaredy cat but good luck to all who do!
Looks like QLD can't enter this comp, no drop down box for QLD

firefly61 I managed to get in but after the sign in "more information" I cliked that and the screen came up 'thank you for entering the
competition" - I didn't fill anything in
then tried for another comp and it spat the dummy saying it had no question.
spooky!
Oh that's so weird! I checked again and as long as I sign in up the top I can enter the comps.
I don't think this ones got your name on it clover!
I have had several encounters. We had them here from the day we moved in until I had a friend of ours who is a minister bless the place. After that nothing. Do not scary movies, but this sort of thing does not bother me.
Thankyou for the competition
This competition is no longer on the competition list, even though the link displays! Closes 12am 23/02
