The
Promotion is only open to eligible entrants (the “ENTRANTS”), being individuals who are:
a) permanent residents of Australia; and
b) FOXTEL, Optus, Austar or Telstra subscribers, or live in a household with a FOXTEL, Optus, Austar or Telstra subscription and have the subscriber’s
permission, and the subscriber’s account is not in arrears for the duration of the Promotion up to and including 11 March 2009; and
c) over the age of 18, or if under 18 have their parent’s or guardian’s permission to enter the Promotion;
To enter the Promotion, during the Entry Period an Entrant must:
a. order “WWE NO WAY OUT” on MAIN EVENT, on 16 February 2009 (12pm, 4.30pm, 8.30pm, 12.30am EDT) or 17 February 2009 (every 3 hours from 6am EDT);
and
b. when prompted by the on screen message send a text/SMS message to 1998 8844 (the “SMS NUMBER”); and
c. include the Entrant’s own full name, address (including State) and service provider (e.g. FOX, OPT, TEL or AUS) in the text/SMS message
Entrants may enter the Promotion multiple times during the Entry Period.
SMS entry will not exceed $0.55 cents per entry including GST. The SMS cost is in addition to the costs subscribers incur as a result of ordering “WWE
NO WAY OUT” on MAIN EVENT. “WWE NO WAY OUT” on MAIN EVENT costs $29.95 including GST for FOXTEL, Optus and Telstra subscribers and $34.95 including
GST for AUSTAR subscribers.
The Winner will win a trip for 2 adults to Houston, Texas, USA (the “PRIZE”). The Prize includes:
a. 2 x return economy airfares to Houston, Texas, USA from the Winner’s nearest capital city in Australia, valued at a maximum of $9,840.00;
b. 5 nights’ twin share accommodation in a minimum 3 star hotel, valued at a maximum of $805.00;
c. Return airport to hotel transfers for 2 people in Houston, Texas, USA, valued at a maximum of $500.00;
d. Travel insurance for 2 people for the period of travel included in the Prize, valued at a maximum of $350.00;
e. 2 x tickets to WWE WrestleMania 25 on Sunday 5 April 2009 at the Reliant Stadium, Houston, Texas, USA, valued at a maximum of $460.00; and
f. 2 x tickets to WWE RAW on Monday 6 April 2009 at a selected venue in Houston, Texas, USA, valued at a maximum of $355.00.
