Join CINE BUZZ or buy tickets to He’s Just Not That Into You to go in the draw to win this glamorous prize.

1 lucky winner will be walking the red carpet dressed in a gorgeous Leona Edmiston outfit* at their own private Gold Class screening with 20 of their friends.


At the screening you and your guests will enjoy a glass of sparkling on arrival along with canapés before the movie.

1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents of NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA and WA who register or activate as a new CINE BUZZ member online at www.greaterunion.com.au or www.birch.com.au OR current CINE BUZZ members who purchase a ticket to He’s Just Not That Into You online during the competition dates to automatically go into the draw to win.

The Promoters, other entities and agencies associated with this competition, their related bodies corporate and each of their officers, agents, employees and immediate family of any of them are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” means spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as the employee.

By entering this promotion, Eligible Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
3. The competition commences at 12.01am AEST on 05/02/2009 and closes at midnight AEST on 25/02/2009 (‘Promotion Period’).
4. To enter, CINE BUZZ Club Members must have included in their CINE BUZZ Club membership details, their name, address, email and phone details, and activate their membership card online at www.greaterunion.com.au/cinebuzz or www.birch.com.au/cinebuzz .
5. No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter for any ineligible or lost entries or entries submitted or received by the Promoter after the closing date. Entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions are incomplete, or submitted or received by the Promoter after the closing date will be declared void.
6. The competition prize draw of winners will take place at 12.00pm AEST on 27/02/2009, at the office of the Promoter, located at 49 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000. All winners will be contacted immediately by phone and mail relying on contact details provided by the entrant. The Major Prize winners will also be announced in The Australian newspaper on 06/03/2009. The result of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The first correct entry drawn will win the Major Prize.

* 1 x Gold Class screening in either Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth or the Gold Coast for the winner and 20 friends ($1,000)
* Food & Beverage at the Gold Class screening ($500)
* Total Major Prize valued at $1,700
* Total Maximum value of Major prize pool is $1,700
8. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other goods or services nor can they be re-sold. The Promoters accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value, performance, or availability of any prize. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the advertised prize for a prize of equivalent or greater retail value if, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoters are not able to give the prize-winner the advertised prize, subject to State legislation. Any incidental costs relating to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize in the event of an entrant failing to comply with these terms and conditions or forfeiting or not claiming the prize by 29/05/2009. If the prize remains unclaimed by that date, a second draw will be held at 12.00pm AEST on 19/06/2009 at the same location as the original draw. Disposal of any unclaimed prizes may be made subject to any written directions given by any government authority and pursuant to any relevant legislation. All unclaimed prize draw winners will be contacted by phone and mail immediately. Any winner/s will also be announced in The Australian newspaper on 26/06/2009.
10. The Promoter, other entities associated with this competition and their related bodies corporate, and each of their officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for and shall be held harmless in respect of any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or sustained, as a result of or arising from the winner’s acceptance and use of the prize, except to the extent that any such liability cannot be excluded by law.
11. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Acceptance of the prize is deemed to be acceptance by the winner of these terms and conditions and approval to use the winner’s name and photograph for publicity purposes, unless specifically requested by the winner not to do so at the time of accepting the prize.
12. If the competition does not run for its duration due to, but not limited to, computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the Promoter’s control that corrupts or affects administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter will not be responsible for:
1. Malfunction, delay or traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website;
2. Failure of any entry to be received by the Promoter as a result of those matters; nor
3. Any injury or damage to entrants or any other person related to or resulting from participation in the competition or downloading any materials relating to the competition.
