Win a front-loading washing machine promotion
Install a free water-efficient showerhead and win a 4.5 star Fisher & Paykel front-loading washing machine worth $1149 RRP.
Exchange your old showerhead for a free one from your water retailer and go in the draw to win one of three water-efficient front-loading washing machines worth $1149 RRP.
To enter, fill in your name and contact details on the entry form below and give the completed form to your water retailer when you exchange a showerhead.
Competition commences on 26 December 2008 and closes 26 February 2009. One front-loading washing machine will be given to a customer of each of City West Water, South East Water and Yarra Valley Water. Winners will be drawn on 2 March 2009.
Winners will be contacted directly and notification will appear in the Herald Sun on 6 March 2009.

Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to participate forms part of the terms and conditions of the promotion.
2. Participation in the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. The Promoter is the Department of Sustainability and Environment, 8 Nicholson St East Melbourne Victoria 3002 (ABN 90 719 052 204)
4. The promotion is being conducted by the Department of Sustainability, together with
City West Water, South East Water and Yarra Valley Water (Water Retailers).
5. Entry is open to all customers of City West Water, South East Water and Yarra Valley Water except employees and immediate families of the Promoter, Water Retailers and
associated companies and agencies.
6. Enter by submitting a completed Entry Form to any of the Water Retailers when swapping your old inefficient showerhead for a new water efficient one as part of the Water Showerhead Exchange Program, according to the terms and conditions of the program are available on the Water Retailers’ websites.
7. Entry Forms will be available at various events and locations during the promotion period.
This website will be updated with a list of further events and locations as they become known.

8. The promotion commences on 26 December 2008 at 09:00 AEDT and closes on 26 February 2009 at 17:00 AEDT.
One winner will be selected at random on 2 March 2009 at
each of the Water Retailer’s premises:

Yarra Valley Water – Lucknow St Mitcham Victoria 3132
9. Winners will be selected at random. No correspondence will be entered into.
No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Each prize is subject to availability, not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Each prize
will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address, as stated in the original Entry Form.
The Promoter, Water Retailers and associated agencies, or other companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for any loss or damage to any prize in
transit.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions.
11. Winners will be notified by phone and confirmed by mail.
12. Winners will be published in the Herald Sun on Friday 6 March 2009.
13. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion and notify the winners. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not
participate in the promotion. Further details of the promoter’s Privacy policy can be found at www.dse.vic.gov.au/privacy
14. The Promoter and the Water Retailers shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to direct or consequential loss, or personal
injury suffered or sustained in connection with the redemption of and/or use of the prize.
15. If any prize remains unclaimed by 12 noon on 2 April 2009 another winner will be drawn on this day at any of the Water Retailer’s premises. The substitute competition winner will be notified by phone and in writing and the winner’s details published in the Herald Sun on Friday 10 April.
16. The total prize pool is valued at $3597 being the recommended retail price (RRP) including GST of the prize, plus the cost of delivery to the winner. Three winners will
each receive one prize consisting of one 4.5 star Fisher & Paykel front-loading washing machine, worth $1149 RRP including GST, Each winner will be notified of the date for
delivery of the prize.
