The February issue of Buzz magazine is out now and available free from various music stores, cafes, concert venues and campuses, and has different competitions to enter. All must be entered by mailing the coupon to the address in Victoria. Some prizes must be picked up, or do not include postage, as detailed below.

You should be able to pick up a copy in most Victorian JB Hi-Fi stores or in Tasmania. I've got my eye on the Children Collide CD.
