1: Information on how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

2: The promoter is Camera House, a division of Raleru Ltd, ABN 52 002 575 340, Unit 4, 108-120 Old Pittwater Rd Brookvale, NSW 2100 and Paxton’s Photographics Pty Ltd ABN 12 000 859 218

3: The promotion commences on Sunday 1st February 2009 and ends at close of business Saturday the 28th February 2009.

4: To win one of twenty eight FujiFilm F60fd Cameras valued at $349 each is conditional upon a consumer purchasing a minimum of $25 in the development and print department in a Camera House store and filling in all fields of the entry form provided by Camera House

5: If the customer purchases $25 or more in the developing and print department at a Camera House store the customer receives one entry, purchase $50 or more and receive 2 entries, purchase $75 or more and receive 3 entries, and purchase $100 or more and receive 4 entries, the value increases by $25 per entry.

6: The competition is open to all customers from all states and territories throughout Australia.

7: The customer must purchase products or services in store and enter all the fields provided on the entry form to be eligible to claim the prize.

8: The entries will then be placed in a barrel according to date effectively totalling 28 draws for 28 winners and a winner will be chosen from each of the barrels of entries.

10: The 28 draws will be held on Friday the 13th March 2009 at 3:00pm at Raleru Ltd t/a Camera House Unit 4, 108-120 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale, 2001, Sydney, NSW

11: The Winners will be notified by a letter in the mail, displayed on www.camerahouse.com.au , and The Australian newspaper Wednesday the 18th March.

12: The unclaimed prize draw will be held on the 24/6/09 at 3:00pm.

13: Prize will be retained at Raleru Ltd t/a Camera House until the prize is claimed. In South Australia the Minister will be notified in writing with respect to the unclaimed prizes. Raleru will wait further instruction as to the direction of the disposal of the unclaimed prize.

14: The unclaimed prize draw will be drawn at Raleru Ltd. Unit 4, 108-120 Old Pittwater Rd, Brookvale, 2001, Sydney, NSW.

15: The winners will be notified by email, a letter, by Raleru Ltd t/a Camera House and a notice will be placed in the public section of The Australian newspaper on the Saturday 1st of July 2009.

16: Application forms will be retained for a period of one year starting from the close of competition.
