Entry is open to Australian and NZ residents only. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating outlets and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
The person making the entry warrants that the submission is their own work and not subject to copyright of another party.
The promotion commences at 12.01am on 7/02/09 and concludes at 11.59pm on 28/02/09. No entries will be considered after the conclusion of the promotion.
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The winning entries will be chosen by a panel consisting of staff from Breville Group Limited. All complete entries will be considered and judged on their merit. The decision of the panel will be final, no correspondence will be entered into once the winners has been notified. Only one prize will be awarded to each individual, but multiple entries from an individual will be considered.
The prize winners will be notified by email. If no response is received 5 days after the email notification, an alternative winner will be selected.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and can not be taken for cash.
