There are 18 fantastic prizes up for grabs this summer thanks to the generosity of the Experience Perth members listed below. Prizes include a scenic helicopter flight, accommodation, tours, cruises, hot stone massage and lots of activities.

Terms and Conditions

By entering into the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have read and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
2.
No purchase is required for entry into the competition.
3.
Instructions on how to enter this competition and other details contained within the advertising material for this prize draw form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Competition entry is limited to Australian residents only. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
5.
Entrants can only enter the competition once.
6.
Competition closes on the 28th February 2009.

The Promoter is the Perth Region Tourism Organisation (Experience Perth) ABN: 52 954 492 460

To enter the competition, a competition entry form must be completed online at http://www.experienceperth.com/en/competition.htm

The major prize winner will be manually drawn randomly by a Experience Perth staff member from one prize pool at the office of Experience Perth, Level 2 / 33 Colin St, West Perth, Western Australia, 6005 at close of business on the 28/02/09.
10. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash

The major prize winner will be notified by Perth Region Tourism Organisation by email or posted the winning voucher.
12.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
13.
Prizes will be sent to the winner’s nominated address as stated in their original entry and the Promoter and their associated agencies, and companies associated with this promotion take no takes no responsibility for prizes mailed to winners who have supplied incorrect name and/or address details.
14.
In the event the prize is unavailable or cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of similar value.
15.
Officers and employees of Perth Region Tourism Organisation are ineligible to enter.
Perth Region Tourism Organisation and suppliers of prizes shall have no liability, in negligence or howsoever, for any accident, loss, illness, injury, damage, or inconvenience suffered by you or any individual or property arising out of or after the prize draw.

Where entrants have given their consent on the entry form, information collected from the entries may be used by Perth Region Tourism Organisation for future marketing and promotional purposes.

If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter [subject to any written directions given under theGaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 (WA) or other applicable state legislation] reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
