By participating in this promotion, consumers agree to be bound by these conditions.
This promotion is available to Western Australian residents only, other than employees and immediate families of
Anchor Foods and its agencies associated with this promotion.
There is no limit to the number of entries per entrant but each entry entered by mail must be sent in a separate envelope.
If entering the promotion by mail only original entry forms and proofs of purchase (receipts and/or barcodes from two
Treehouse Cordial bottles) are valid, and photocopies and facsimiles will not be accepted. Anchor Foods reserves the
right to verify the validity of entries.
This promotion commences 1 January 2009 and ends 28 February 2009. Entries close last mail received
28 February 2009.
Consumers may take part in the promotion by purchasing two Anchor Treehouse Cordials, completing all details on the
original entry form located in store and posting the completed entry form together with original proofs of the purchases

www.anchorfoods.com.au/treehouse/promotion and completing all the required fields.
The draw will take place at Anchor Foods Pty Ltd, 148 Carrington Street, Fremantle WA 12 noon on 6 March 2009.
The first 100 validated entries drawn at random will win a ‘Treehouse gift pack’. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable
or exchangeable for cash or other goods and services. The promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be
entered into. Winners will be notified by telephone and receive confirmation by mail.
Anchor Foods accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail.
To the maximum extent permitted by the law, Anchor Foods, its employees and agents will not be liable for any claims,
losses, damages or costs sustained or incurred (including consequential losses by any consumers directly or indirectly as
a result of, or arising from this promotion).
Personal information will be collected to enable Anchor Foods to administer this promotion and for marketing purposes.
Consumers who do not wish to receive promotional information from Anchor Foods should check the appropriate box
on this entry form or, if entering via the website www.anchorfoods.com.au/treehouse/promotion, should complete the
relevant information field in the website. Consumer information may be retained by Anchor Foods for a period of 12
months, after which time it will be destroyed. Entrants may contact Anchor Foods at the address given below to request
access to any of their personal information while it is still held.
