NSW Seniors Card members who subscribe to the
monthly E-newsletter by 28 February 2009 will be entered into a competition to win a holiday for two to Norfolk Island. The prize includes flights
from Sydney, Brisbane or Newcastle and 7 nights accommodation and car hire. To subscribe just enter your Seniors Card number and email address in the
fields on the left of your screen and click the 'Submit' button.

NSW Seniors Card E-newsletter Competition Terms & Conditions
1. Information on prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to all NSW Seniors Card members except employees and the immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with the
promotion.
3. Entries are limited to one entry per NSW Seniors Card member.
4. Entries will be accepted from 9th December 2008. Entries close on 28th February 2009. This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in
determining the winner. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Entry is via the provision of a valid email address to NSW Seniors Card program via the Subscribe to enewsletter field on the NSW Seniors Card
website home page OR the prior provision of an email address by an existing enews subscriber.
6. Incomplete or illegible email address entries are ineligible.
7. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
8. The drawing of the prize will take place at 10am on 6th March 2009 at Level 5, 83 Clarence St, SYDNEY NSW 2000. If the prize is not claimed by 16
April 2009, a redraw will take place on 17 April 2009 at the same address.
9. The winner will be notified by email. The winner’s details will be published in the Seniors Card e-newsletter (April 2009 edition) and on
www.seniorscard.nsw.gov.au.
10. The promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address,
and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of identification, residency and entry validity considered suitable for verifications are at the discretion of
the promoter.
11. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the
acceptance of the prize.
12. The prize package valued at $3,500 includes:
Return airfares for two from Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Newcastle to Norfolk Island with Norfolk Air.
7 nights accommodation for 2 people at The Governors Lodge Resort, including a daily buffet breakfast.
A hire car for the duration of the winner’s stay (insurance & petrol at own expense). Maximum of 7 days.
Tours for 2 people with Pinetree Tours: Half day orientation tour, Mutiny Show, Sound and Light Show, Wonderland by Night.
13. The offer is valid until 31 October 2009. The winner and companion ticket holder must travel and stay together. Economy class flights on Norfolk

14.Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable nor redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
15. The prize does not include Australian domestic flights or departure taxes. Any other travel related expenses are to be borne by the winner.
Travel insurance is not included in the prize but it is recommended that the winner obtain coverage.
16. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes.
To the extent permitted by law, The Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited
to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in
connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any
family/persons accompanying the winner.
17. Neither NSW Seniors Card, Department of Ageing, Disability and Home, Norfolk Island Tourism or their associated companies or travel providers are
responsible, to the extend permitted by law, for acts of god, acts of terrorism or war (declared or undeclared) or other events beyond the Promoter’s
control which prevent awarding of the prize in accordance with the prize description.
18. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion and update member details on the NSW Seniors Card database.
The Promoter will not disclose it to other organisations that may use it. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to
the Promoter at the address set out below.
