DEAN SPANLEY PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry is open to all Australian residents, 18 years of age or over, who are current, active SHOWTIME residential subscribers and remain so for the duration of the promotion, and on the draw date.

2.Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Foxtel, OPTUS and Austar, and their related corporations and associated agencies, are ineligible to enter.
The promotion commences at 12.01 pm (EST) on 15/3/09 and entries close at 11.59 pm (EST) on 28 February 09.

3.Participants can enter by visiting www.showtime.com.au and must:
a)register with the SHOWTIME site;
b)provide an answer to the question “If you could be reincarnated as any animal what would it be and why?”
Thank you for your entry. You will be notified if you are a winner.
c)complete and submit the on-line form.

4.Entries will be limited to one per person. Maximum of five entries per household.
No responsibility will be taken for any late, ineligible or lost entries. Entries that are not genuine, are incomplete, late, or if the entrant is not a current, active SHOWTIME residential subscriber for the Promotion Period and on the draw date, will be declared void.
5.This promotion is a game of skill. Valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, creativity, originality and humour. The judging will take place at 10.00 am (EST) on 30/02/09 at SHOWTIME, Level 1, Building 215 Bent Street, The Entertainment Quarter, 122 Lang Road, Moore Park NSW 2021. The winners will be notified by phone and by mail. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. If a prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to that winner's parent/guardian on behalf of that winner.

7.The Promoter, Foxtel, OPTUS, Austar, their related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for, and shall be held harmless from, any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss) or sustained, as a result of, or arising from, the winner’s acceptance and use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

8.The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of the promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in, or down-loading of, any materials in, or in relation to, this promotion.

9.All entries become the property of the Promoter. Acceptance of the prize is deemed acceptance by the winner of these Terms and Conditions and approval to use the winner’s name and photograph for publicity purposes. Yay! I received a WEM for this one today. Thanks SO much RB - I'm very excited as I've always wanted to go here. I'm already in Vic so I forgo the air component, but the rooms with breakfast are $1000 per night!! so I'll value it at $5,500 in the Winners Circle.

You'll have to report to us all what it's like to stay in a room worth $1,000.00 per night! :):):)
