Entering is easy. Simply enrol in any of our new Online Courses between Nov 29 2008 and March 1 2009 and you’ll automatically go into the draw for
this fantastic prize.
1) Entry is open to persons over 18 years of age and Victorian residents only. Employees of Holmesglen are ineligible to enter. One entry per
enrolment.
2) Competition commences on NOVEMBER 29 2008 and closes MARCH 1 2009.
3) There is 1 prize to be given away for the duration of the competition. The draw will take place MARCH 5 at Holmesglen Chadstone Campus, Batesford
Road, Holmesglen, Victoria. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email. The result will be published in the Oakleigh Monash Leader week commencing
Monday MARCH 16 2009.
4) Prize is an Acer Aspire One Netbook. This prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other prizes. Holmesglen reserves the
right to alter the make and model of the prize at its discretion.
5) Holmesglen may conduct further draws as necessary in order to distribute the prize if winner is uncontactable.
6) All entry information will become the property of Holmesglen and will be entered into a database. Holmesglen may use the entrants' names and
addresses for future marketing purposes in accordance with the guidelines of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
7) Holmesglen shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or
sustained in connection with the prize.

Thanks debrastasia35. I didn't read it that carefully and just assumed that since they were online courses it'd be open to anyone.
