Can you tell me where you found the format for the SMS entry. Can't seem to find it in the magazine and the terms and conditions link is displaying a blank page. Thanks

The format of the SMS entry came direct from the Promotions and Customer Care Officer at m.Net Corporation in an email to me on 10/12/08.

According to them only contact details and correct answers are required....although judging by the updated conditions of entry by New Idea (online - not in the magazine)
it may be wise to include a daytime telephone number too. I have amended the example text to reflect this.

I also have amended the link to the Conditions of Entry as it was rewritten by New Idea just over 3 weeks ago. It makes fascinating reading. I know they were considering including a proof of purchase condition but this has not eventuated. I'll make an effort to keep up to date with anything new they might post.
