DRAW THE LINE WIN FREE FRUIT AND VEG. FOR A YEAR* PROMOTION
1. Instructions on how to enter, prize details and other information contained
within the promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open only to residents of Western Australia.
3. Limit of one entry per person.
4. Entry into the competition signifies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
5. To enter, entrants must complete and return the competition entry coupon
along with their contact details (name, address and phone number) on the
envelope or submit an online entry via the Draw the Line website:
www.drawthelinewa.com.au. Entries close 5pm Monday 2 March 2009 and
must be received by this date. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or
misdirected entries.
6. The first valid entry randomly drawn from all entries received will win free fruit
and vegetables for a year - up to the maximum value of $2600*. If the winner
chosen has ticked the box to subscribe to e-news updates (from the Draw the
Line website) he or she will also win a bonus prize of a free pedometer valued
at $50.
7. The prize or any part thereof is not transferable for cash or other non-fruit and
vegetable items at the participating food outlet.
8. The winner will be drawn randomly at 10am on Tuesday 3 March and the
winner will be notified by telephone.
9. It is the responsibility of the winner to nominate a food outlet of choice within
Western Australia who is willing to supply the fruit and vegetables in a manner
in keeping with these terms and conditions. The Heart Foundation WA, Cancer
Council WA, Diabetes WA and the Department of Health, Western Australia
must approve the choice of food outlet and reserve the right to reject food
outlets not deemed appropriate for participation.
10. The Heart Foundation WA, Cancer Council WA, Diabetes WA and the
Department of Health, Western Australia accept no responsibility and shall not
be liable for any loss or damage, accident, personal injury or death which is
suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion.
11. The Heart Foundation WA, Cancer Council WA, Diabetes WA and the
Department of Health, Western Australia reserve the right to request the winner
to participate in any publicity associated with this promotion.
12. Employees and immediate family of employees of the Heart Foundation WA,
Cancer Council WA, Diabetes WA and the Population Health Policy Branch of
the Department of Health, Western Australia are ineligible to enter.
13. Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. The
Promoters decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
