WIN tickets to Coldplay
Coldplay play the first of three huge shows at Rod Laver Arena this Tuesday, and extrahit is giving one lucky reader and a friend the money-can’t-buy chance to see Chris Martin and the boys soundcheck before the show. But wait, there’s more: you’ll also get to meet the band.
The soundcheck is an intimate experience only a lucky few ever get the chance to witness - in an empty arena, the band warm up, test out their trickier songs, try something new and generally have fun with their music, without the pressure of a packed house.
The winner will need to be available on Tuesday afternoon (so a forgiving boss is required!), and will also take home a copy of Coldplay’s Viva La Vida - Prospekt's March edition album.
The band behind Viva La Vida, Yellow, God Put a Smile Upon Your Face, Politik, Violet Hill and Speed of Sound, Coldplay perform three concerts at Rod Laver Arena on Tuesday March 3, Wednesday March 4 and Thursday March 5 – tickets for all shows on sale now from Ticketek.
Time period
Competition begins 26/02/09 at 9am EST and closes 02/03/09 at 10AM EST. Winners will be drawn on 23/02/09 at 2pm at Herald and Weekly Times Pty Ltd (ABN 49 004 113 937) Level 9, 40 City Road, Southbank Vic 3006. Winners will be notified by phone on 23/02/09.
