HOW TO ENTER
To enter, email your answer to: “What StayWell property would you most want to stay at? What

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Information on how to enter and prize forms part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees and their immediate families of
the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion.
3. Promotion commences 03.02.09. Entries close 5pm EST on 02.03.2009. This is a game of
skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually
judged based on literary and creative merit. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence
will be entered into.
4. The best entry, as determined by the judges, will win back the cost of their accommodation
that was booked as part of the entry. Unless otherwise stipulated, all other costs that are
associated with redeeming the prize is the responsibility of the winner.
5. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
6. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
7. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
8. By entering this competition you are agreeing to receive marketing materials from StayWell
Hospitality Group.
9. The accommodation must be redeemed by 31.08.09 and is subject to availability and must
be booked at least 7 days prior to travel. Car hire must be booked at least 14 days prior to
travel and is valid until 30.06.09.
10. To book, the winner must follow the instructions of the delivered prize certificates.
11. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or
guardian.
12. Usual terms & conditions apply to StayWell Hospitality Group accommodation.
13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is
suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law.
14. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter via email and/or phone and the Promoter will
record their address details so that the prize may be awarded.
15. If the prize is unavailable, an alternative prize as determined in the Promoter’s sole discretion
to the same value will be given to the winner.
16. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the
information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By
entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the
Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and
publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the
entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. A request to access, update or
correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
