Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is a promotion run by The Royal Automobile Club of Queensland Limited ABN 72 009 660 575 (“Promoter”).
2. Entries and information on prizes and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms are ineligible. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. The competition is open to residents of Queensland over the age of 16 years of age only.
4. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and related entities of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
5. The competition commences 9am, 26 February 2009 and closes 9am 2 March 2009. The competition will be drawn at 10am on 3 March 2009 at RACQ, 2649 Logan Rd Eight Mile Plains. There will be 1 winner in this competition who will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Entry into this competition is by correctly answering the following question:

7. The first correct winner drawn will receive a family pass (two adults and two children) to a Glow Worm Tour, including dinner, valued at $277. Any change in the value of the prize between the publishing date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter. Contact Aries Glow Worm Tours for specific details.
8. The prize must be taken by 30 June 2009 and is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. It may only be taken on a night where there are other paying passengers booked to attend the tour.
9. Travel, insurance, spending money and all other ancillary costs are the winner’s responsibility.
10. The prize is subject to booking availability and all other relevant terms and conditions.
11. The winner will be notified by phone. Competition results will also be published on the ‘competitions’ page of 150mustdos.com.au. Prizes will be posted to the winner.
12. In the event that a redraw is required it will be held at 2pm on 30 March 2009 at RACQ, 2649 Logan Rd Eight Mile Plains and the redraw winner will be notified by phone.
13. All entries become the property of the Promoter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
14. The information that entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the competition, and of periodically providing entrants with marketing information about the Promoter’s products and services. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their contact details for the purposes described in this clause. The Promoter may use or disclose entrant’s personal information to related entities or other appropriate third parties in accordance with its privacy policy.
15. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize[s] or entering into this competition. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability or any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner.
