HOW TO ENTER WEEK ONE
Simply collect six tokens from this competition week published each day in The West Australian from Saturday to Friday. For example, you can collect
the tokens each day, Saturday to Friday OR three Saturday tokens and three Wednesday tokens OR two Monday tokens, two Tuesday tokens and two Friday
tokens. Enter as many sets of six tokens as you like. Place the six tokens in an envelope (separate envelope for each set of six tokens) and write
your name, address and daytime contact phone number on the back of the envelope.

Or drop your entry in at over 350 participating metropolitan newsagencies and we’ll collect them. Week One entries close instore 5pm Tuesday 27th
January or by last mail received Thursday 29th January 2009. The Week One winners of the Holden Commodore and 2 winners of the portable 7.1" DVD
player will be notified on Friday 30 January and published in The West Australian on Tuesday 3rd February 2009.

conditions.
Valid entries consist of any six tokens appearing in The West Australian from any one of six competition weeks, Saturday to Friday, throughout the
promotional period, Saturday 17 January 2009 – Friday 27 February 2009.
Only original entry tokens published within The West Australian are valid. Photocopies and facsimiles are not valid.
Entries for Win 6 Holdens in 6 Weeks can either be posted to the address stated on the coupon or dropped off at any one of over 350 participating
metropolitan newsagents. Entries for the bonus prize must be submitted via thewest.com.au/win.
The closing dates for entries for each competition week will be;
(a) 5pm each Tuesday of the following week at participating metropolitan newsagents.

(b) Last mail received by The West Australian each Thursday of the following week via Australia Post. Dates are Thursday 29 January 2009; Thursday 5
February 2009; Thursday 12 February 2009; Thursday 19 February 2009; Thursday 26 February 2009 and Thursday 5 March 2009.
The West Australian in conjunction with Courier Australia will collect entries from newsagencies in time for the weekly prize draws. Should however
unforeseen circumstances arise whereby entries are not collected and/or delivered in time for the draw, the Organisers will not be held responsible
and the draw will still take place at the scheduled time.
The major draws will take place on Friday 30 January 2009, Friday 6 February 2009, Friday 13 February 2009, Friday 20 February 2009, Friday 27
February 2009 and Friday 6 March 2009 at 9.30am.
Each draw will be independently supervised by a representative from PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Winners will be announced in The West Australian on the Tuesday following each competition week's prize draw. All prize winners must make themselves
available for publicity purposes.
There are six Holdens to be given away over six weeks as follows:-
Holden VE Commodore Omega V6 Auto sedan (Week One);
Holden CX Captiva AWD wagon(Week Two);
Holden VE Commodore Omega V6 Auto sedan(Week Three)
Holden AH Astra Manual Twintop (Week Four)
Holden VE Commodore Omega V6 Auto sedan (Week Five)
HSV VE Clubsport R8 manual sedan (Week Six)
All of the prizes must be taken as supplied and cannot be exchanged for the cash equivalent or transferred. The colours of the cars displayed in
advertisements may not necessarily correspond with the cars awarded as prizes. Each car will be supplied with stamp duty, transfer fees and twelve
months licence paid for. Should the winner choose to sell the car, they will automatically forfeit the stamp duty, transfer fees and twelve months
licence provided. Insurance is not included with the prize.
It is each winner's responsibility to collect their prize. No cartage expenses are included in the prizes.
Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when claiming and collecting their prize.
There are also 2 (two) prizes for our online (thewest.com.au/compettions) competition each week of a 7.1” LCD portable DVD player. These two winners
will be drawn randomly from the online competition entries.
The competition on thewest.com.au/competition is for West Australian residents only and prizes need to be picked up from The West Australian Newspaper
house for all Perth Metro resident winners. Winners that live outside the Perth Metro area and within West Australia will receive their prizes via
courier.
Winners of the online competition will be notified by mail and published with the 6 Holdens winners in The West Australian on the Tuesday following
each competition week's prize draw. All prize winners must make themselves available for publicity purposes.
All of the prizes must be taken as supplied and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
Employees of The West Australian Newspapers Limited Group, Brian Gardner Motors Pty Ltd their subsidiaries and immediate families are ineligible to
enter.
The PricewaterhouseCoopers representative's decision is final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into. The West Australian
reserves the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.
