Entry to the Caren Trafford children's books competition is open to permanent Australian residents only. Employees of Luna Media Pty Ltd, the Promoter, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. This is a competition of skill; chance does not play a part in the judging process. Only one entry per person is permitted. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the permission of a parent or legal guardian before entering. All duplicate entries will be removed prior to the prize judging. 4. Promotion commences on 22 December 2008 and closes at 5pm on 4 March 2009. The winners will be notified by phone by 13 March 2009 and their names and/or entries will be published in issue 20 of G Magazine. 5. Judging will take place on Friday 6 March 2009 at the offices of Luna Media, publishers of G Magazine. A judging panel will review all entries submitted. The entry that is judged the best and most creative entry will be deemed the winner. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 6. To enter, a reader must draw a picture of an "environmental education character", accompanied by a brief description. 7. Prize details: Two (2) winners will each receive a pack of six children's books by Caren Trafford from the Environmental Education... Serious Fun series, valued at $100 each, including: POW! All other ancillary costs associated with accepting the prize are the responsibility of the prize winners. 9. The promoter may conduct further draws at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary, in order to distribute a prize if unclaimed. 10.
