great - just love the way these come around as regular as clockwork. Mind you, not winning one is equally as regular - but there's always hope!

3littlepigs - 29-1-2009 @ 03:11 AM

Wonder if anyone from Sydney will win this year? It would be a first, despite the population buying probably 40% of the Australian's sold around the country.

Sorry, just jealous, its a fabulous comp, just that the organisers seem to be able to avoid large population centres when they draw the winners...and I always feel guilty about killing so many trees when I buy the paper just to get the coupon...;););)

I dream about these holidays, they drive me crazy, fingers crossed for a win this year :)
Does anyone know the link to subscribe to this paper?
Cheers

Thanks Ashlan - amazing holidays.

Was just wondering if a Lottoer had ever won one of these Australian travel prizes??

when there will be four entry forms published, being one Entry Form
for each of the four (4) holiday prizes available that day).
There will be 21 Entry Forms in total and each Entry Form corresponds
to a specific Promotional Day and prize (see paragraphs 8 and 9

the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in
accordance with these Conditions of Entry, or if the entrant is
engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to
jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The
Promoters legal rights
to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are
reserved.
7. Entrants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter reserves

alternative travel prize (including to an alternative destination as
specified by the Promoter) to the same standard as the original

or Territory legislation. There can be no changes made to travel
arrangements by the winner or their travel companion once tickets are
issued. Travel and accommodation will be arranged by the winner
contacting a nominated agent at the Qantas Travel Centre. The winner

the prize and obtaining any recommended vaccinations and immunisations
in the manner required before travelling.

14. The winners are responsible for their entry, and the entry of
their travel companions, into the applicable country, including the
obtaining at the winners expense, and holding, of any necessary
passports and visas. Taking of each prize is subject to any prevailing
terms and conditions of any accommodation/transport/services/transfers
or tour providers (where applicable) and in particular, health,
behaviour,

any reason is forfeited. No compensation will be payable if the
winner, or their travel companion, are unable to use any element of
the prize as stated for whatever reason, including refusal of entry or
departure into or out of the applicable country or participation in
certain activities for health, behaviour or safety reasons.
15. Use of any passes issued as part of the prize is subject to
prevailing terms and conditions of use and passes are only valid for
use within the duration of the winners holiday or the stated duration
of the vouchers, whichever is shorter.

the event of any winner in an unclaimed prize draw, the winner will be
notified by telephone and mail following the draw and their name and

griffin - 31-1-2009 @ 10:16 AM

Thanks for the bigger print WP that is very kind of you. :)
And thanks for explaining in red, they will have 4 coupons in the paper on the 14th as was wondering about how that would work out.

If we can't afford the extra costs for the overseas travel ones we could be better off just trying for the Australian holidays. :)

WhitePointer - 31-1-2009 @ 04:11 PM

Griffin the information I posted wasnt mine, it was originally posted by zen , so you can thank them instead :)

ReallyAddicted - 31-1-2009 @ 10:36 PM

Saw the t&cs in the PNs and thought hasn't the year gone quickly :)

One might go to Sydney this year 3LP so you'll just have to figure out how to get your name on it :) Amazingly I remember two holidays going to the same small town last year. Maybe I should move there? :D

I get sucked into this comp every year but then so do a lot of my non-comping friends, which may explain why Lottoers don't seem to win :D

Thanks to WP and zen for narrowing it down. I just need to buy the paper............. every day!

Wishing everyone luck with this one :)

griffin - 1-2-2009 @ 11:00 AM
