“CAMDEN ACRES MERCEDES GIVEAWAY” PROMOTION (“Promotion”)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry.
Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is Crownland Developments (No 1) Pty Ltd (ABN 66 088 712
083) of Suite 704, 70 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“Promoter”).
3. The Promotion commences at 9.00am AEST on 5 March 2008 and closes at
11.59pm AEST on 5 March 2009 (“Promotion Period”), unless 10 lots are
sold and settled earlier.
4. Entry is open to the first ten NSW residents only 18 years and over who
exchange and settle on one of 14 specified lots (422DP1106634,
427DP1106634, 518DP1106616, 519DP1106616, 520DP1106616,
521DP1106616, 536DP1106616, 538DP1106616, 539DP1106616,
545DP1106616, 546DP1106616, 548DP1106616, 105DP1087243,
111DP1087243 ) at Camden Acres (“Eligible Entrant”). Management and
employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies, firms
and companies associated with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
Entry
5. To enter and be eligible to win, an Eligible Entrant must, during the Promotion
Period be one of the first 10 purchasers to exchange and settle on one of the
14 specified lots (422DP1106634, 427DP1106634, 518DP1106616,
519DP1106616, 520DP1106616, 521DP1106616, 536DP1106616,
538DP1106616, 539DP1106616, 545DP1106616, 546DP1106616,
548DP1106616, 105DP1087243, 111DP1087243 ) at Camden Acres.
(“Eligible Entry”).
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entrants
(including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence).
7. Eligible Entrants may purchase as many times as they wish subject to the
following:
a) only one purchaser will be awarded in the Promotion Draw; and
b) each purchase must be submitted one at a time and in accordance with any
specified requirements of these terms and conditions.
The person or persons who is the legal purchaser of the Camden Acres
specified lot will be deemed the entrant.
Prize
8. The first entry drawn from the first ten Eligible Entries in the Promotion Draw
will win one Mercedes-Benz C200 Kompressor, Year 2008. Includes Metallic
paint, Dealer delivery, On road costs and Stamp duty (“The Prize”). The Prize
is valued at $64,055.

Prize Details
9. All other costs associated with The Prize, including but not limited to insuring,
running and maintaining The Prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Draw
10. A random barrel draw will take place at Camden Acres, Camden Acres Drive
Elderslie NSW 2570 (“Draw Location”) at 5.00pm AEST 5 March 2009
(“Draw Date”), or two weeks after the first 10 lots have exchanged and
settled, whichever is the earlier.
11. Eligible Entrants must have exchanged and settled on one of the specified
Camden Acres lots as at the Draw Date to be eligible to receive The Prize.
Entrants who are in breach of this term and condition as at the Draw Date will
not be eligible to win.
12. The eligible entrants into the Promotion Draw will be notified of the Draw
Location and Draw Date by phone and mail and published on
www.camdenacres.com.au. The winner of the Promotion Draw will be
published on www.camdenacres.com.au on 6 March 2009, or on the following
day of the draw if held earlier.
13. To claim The Prize the winner or a nominee must be in attendance at the Draw
Location on the Draw date. If the first drawn winner or nominee is not in
attendance to claim the prize subsequent draws will be held until a winner or
nominee is present.
14. If ten Eligible Entrants exchange and settle prior to the 12 month Promotion
Period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a random barrel draw at
Camden Acres, Camden Acres Drive Elderslie NSW 2570 (“Draw Location”)
two weeks from the last lot to settle. The winner of The Prize will be published
on www.camdenacres.com.au on the following day of the draw.
15. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
General
16. Total prize value is $64,055.
17. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
18. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being
conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable
control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion,
to the fullest extent permitted by law, subject to any written directions from
the lottery authorities, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion.
19. If the Promoter is unable to provide a winner with the nominated prize, the
Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary
value, subject to State legislation.

20. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including
its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence),
for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity);
whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the
Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not
under the Promoter’s control);
b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or
misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to
any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions;
e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; and
f) use of a prize.
21. By entering the Promotion, Eligible Entrants understand and agree that the
Promoter may use and disclose the information provided by Eligible Entrants
on the terms and for the purposes (including marketing) set out in the
Promoter’s Privacy Statement available at
http://www.camdenacres.com.au/privacy.html. If an Eligible Entrant would
like to access or correct the personal information that the Promoter holds
about the Eligible Entrant, or if the Eligible Entrant does not wish the
information to be disclosed, the Eligible Entrant should advise the Promoter by
phoning 02 4658 1411.
22. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise
from receiving the prize.
