THE HILLS SEASON THREE DVD GIVEAWAY

MTV's The Hills, that reality show following the lives of a group of Los Angeles young men and women, led by Lauren Conrad and Audrina Partridge, gets its third series released on DVD this month. To celebrate we have five copies to give away.

There are big issues at stake this season with Lauren blaming everyone for spreading low down vicious rumours about her but then ends up making friends with Spencer's sister Stephanie and Whitney quits her job at teen vogue and goes into the PR business and takes Lauren along for the ride. Audrina, meanwhile, has having problems in her on-off relationship with boyfriend Justin.

Extras on the set include deleted scenes, interviews, audio commentaries, virtual hills and a look at the fashion on the show. Our competition runs until 6 March 2009 and to win all you have to do is tell us which show The Hills spun off from.

I've only recently started to watch The Hills and also The City (Whitney in New York) and I've been suckered into it.

I'm yet to know all about the Heidi/Spencer vs Lauren issue.

I can't believe these young adults are so rich and have such lives - I also can't believe that Spencer seems to do absolutely nothing other than read books or play on those game things, oh and b*tch about everyone and everything apart from his beloved Heidi.

I'd love to win the pass series dvd's to catch up on it all.

I know, I know, call me absolutely tragic!

dawn1004 - It's not just you! I don't how I missed Laguna Beach, but started watching The Hills last year and I still can't believe how sucked in I am..and I'm in my 40's!!!

I was looking at Laguna Beach DVD's in Kmart the other day and just twigged, some of them are the children of the 'Real Housewives of Orange County', another 'reality' show! More money than sense WHY DO I KNOW ALL THIS??

I'm just a few months short of 40 also! maybe I'm trying to relive my teens/ 20's (although mine were nowhere near as grand as theirs!)

I didn't really get into Real Housewives, but I think I saw the Real Housewives of New York .. would that be the name, they had a couple of real ballsy type women, then a tall thin woman and hubby who wouldn't spend a minute apart with a really small child who they were trying to get into the best schools, I remember their home was in a state of mess due to renovation, and one of the other housewives was "I wouldn't be inviting people around here like this!

I think I saw a couple of episodes of Laguna Beach, and if they re ran it on foxtel I'd probably watch them again.

On foxtel on Fox 8 they are running the first series of The Hills, on MTV they have the current season (plus Whitney's new show - The City) so am catching up slowly. Heidi looks so different in the first series - they all look so young, Audrina looks the same though.

So I take it that pretty much all the girls/guys on the show are the offspring of rich parents then... that's how they afford their designer clothes, driving bmw's, the beautiful homes etc. I guess they get paid from MTV also for appearing on the show.
