CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1.

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2.

Entry is only open to students over the age of 18 and a resident of South-East Queensland.
3.

Entries must comply with these Conditions of Entry to be valid. The Promoter’s employees and their immediate families, its associated companies, its agencies associated with this promotion, and associated prize partner companies are ineligible to enter.
4.

The Promotion commences on the 17.02.2009 and closes 12 midnight EST on the 07.03.2009. All closing dates indicated in these terms and conditions will close at the time 12 midnight EST. The major prize will be drawn on the Monday 09.03.2009. Winners will be notified via email by the 12.03.2009 Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.

The First Prize is a Party On! Party hosted at Friday's venue at 123 Eagle Street Riverside Centre for the winner and his guests and includes the use of the venue to host the event and a drinks tab up to the value of AUD$1000. You will also be in the running to receive, from time to time, additional prize and exclusive promotional offers throughout 2009. These offers may be sent to you via email or SMS from time to time.

It you are no longer interested in being part of this promotion you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link on such an email or by emailing Friday's directly at unsubscribe.student@fridays.com.au. All prizes and offers are at the discretion of the Promoter. (Other conditions may apply.)

The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition which may occur in the course of the administration of this competition.
7.

The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for: tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site; acting in violation of these terms and conditions; acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acting with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
8.

The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary on 07.04.09 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date.
9.

Programming and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
10.

The Promoter reserves the right to conduct security verification check at its absolute discretion. Prize winners may be required to sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize.
11.

The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information for marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
