Tickets to Romance: Last Chance Harvey is a hopeful romance. New Yorker Harvey Shine (Dustin Hoffman) is on the verge of losing his job but he still goes to London to attend his daughter’s wedding. When Harvey arrives, he learns her stepfather is walking his daughter down the aisle. Harvey goes back to the airport, misses his plane, and is fired when he calls his boss to explain. Propping up the airport bar, Harvey strikes up a conversation with Kate (Emma Thompson), a 40-something whose life is limited to work, the occasional blind date and endless calls from her mother.
