I should probably put this in Comp tips, but thought I'd post it here first. I am not spending any $5 notes, but keeping them all in an envelope, with serial numbers written on the front. Saves me putting my glasses on and going through each note! Much easier to keep track now and I'm wondering how many I'll save by the end of this comp

Funny you say that misskittykat. A colleague of mine was saying that last year, he put every $5 note aside and by the time Christmas came around, he had enough to cover his Christmas expenses.

So I've started doing that too and already have a small stash of $5 notes for this comp!
