COMPETITION
Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoters are BP Aus
tralia Pty Ltd, ABN 53 004
085 616, 360 Elizabeth
Street, Melbourne, Victoria
3000 and The Herald & Weekly
Times Ltd., ABN 49 004 113
937, 40 City Road, Southbank,
Victoria 3006. All entries
become the property of the
Promoters.
2. The competition commences
at 9.00am (AEDST) on
27/02/2009 and closes at
5.00pm (AEDST) on
09/03/2009 (Promotional
Period). The Promoters will
conduct the prize draw at
4.00pm (AEDST) on
10/03/2009 at the Herald &
Weekly Times Building, located
at 40 City Road, Southbank
VIC 3006. The prize will be
distributed by express post to
the winners within 2 weeks of
the prize draw. The winners
will also be notified by mail,
telephone and published in the
Herald Sun on Thursday 12th
March 2009. The Promoters
decision is final and no corre
spondence will be entered into.
The Promoters takes no res
ponsibility for lost, late, dam
aged or misdirected entry
forms.
3. Information on how to enter &
prizes form part of these Terms
& Conditions. Entry into the
competition constitutes
acceptance of these terms &
conditions. Entry is valid only
using official coupons as de
tailed in clause 7.
4. Multiple entries are accepted.
Prizes are limited to one per
person, therefore an entrant
can only win once.
5. Entry is only open to residents
of Australia aged 18 years or
older. Employees of the Pro
moters, its related companies,
their agencies or members of
their immediate families, and
owners, operators, directors,
management and employees of
BP distributors, BP service
stations and convenience
stores and their families are
ineligible. "Immediate family"
means spouse, parent, natural
or adopted child, and sibling
(whether natural or adopted by
a parent), whether or not they
live in the same household as
the employee, officer or con
tractor.
6. The Promoters reserves the
right to verify the validity of
entries and reserves the right
to disqualify any entrant for
tampering with the entry pro
cess or for submitting an entry
that is not in accordance with
these Terms & Conditions. En
try forms will be declared void
if illegible, altered, mutilated,
misprinted, copied, stolen, in
complete or reconstructed or
tampered with in any manner.
7. To enter, eligible entrants
must fully complete an original
official coupon, and place it in
the entry box at the Melbourne
Motor Show during the
promotional period onsite at
the Melbourne Motor Show at
the Melbourne Exhibition
Centre. Entry coupons will only
be available through the
Motorshow Magazine pub
lished in the Herald Sun on the
27th February 2009 and the
Carsguide liftout published in
the Herald Sun on 6th March
2009. Limited copies of the
Motorshow magazine will also
be available from the Mel
bourne Motorshow.
8. The first five valid entries
drawn will win the Prizes as
described in clause 9.
9. Prize: There are five prize
winners and the first five valid
entries drawn will each win BP
Ultimate Unleaded Pre-Paid
fuel cards to the value of
$1000 AUD. Redemption of
the BP Ultimate Unleaded Pre-
Paid fuel cards is subject to the
standard terms and conditions
of use for BP Pre-Paid fuel
Cards.
10. Any ancillary costs associ
ated with redeeming the BP
Ultimate Unleaded Pre-paid
fuel cards are not included. Any
unused balance of the BP Ulti
mate Unleaded Pre-paid fuel
cards will not be awarded as
cash. The Promoters will not
replace or refund lost, stolen or
expired cards.
