The Renovator’s Survival Guide
Entry:- http://www.homehints.com.au/competitions/competition.php?cid=171
When Amanda Falconer, a single, professional woman with a background in the building supply industry, set out to renovate her inner-city terrace, she
thought it would be a walk in the park. Instead, she found herself up to her eyeballs in dodgy workmanship, absent tradesmen, inexcusable delays,
budget blowouts and litigation. Furious, but determined, she decided to write a comprehensive guide to help would-be renovators avoid the same traps,
with information on how to budget, create a design, prepare plans, find a builder, seek quotes, sign contracts and endure the construction process.
We have one of ten copies of The Renovator’s Survival Guide published by Penguin, to giveaway, exclusive to our myNotebook members.
You can join Amanda Falconer online at Renovation Survivor for blogs, more info and renovating tips: www.renovationsurvivor.com

thanks for the post.
thanks again rychbytch
Thank you for the competition.
miakeira - I bought some refills at Aldi for the Foodsaver and from memory we paid about $15 for 2. They last us a long time and I believe they can be reused (well washed of course)
My mum re-uses anything that has had fruit and veges in but not any that have had meat in them.I hope to win one of my own now instead of borrowing hers all the time. Good luck all.
thanks
