1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of conditions of entry. Enter only once.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia (and New Zealand) except employees and immediate families of the promoter (Kite Mag), associated companies and agencies (and participating outlets). The Promoter is Kite Mag, 702 Holden Rd, 3427, Victoria (ABN: 34683304438)
3. The competition commences 25/12/08 at 17:00 AEDST and closes March 12 2009 at 17:00 AEDST. The winners will be entries selected, having regard to skill/creativity/ originality, at the Promoter's premises.
4. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same time and place as original draw in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by this date.
5. Total prize value is $1849.
6. The judges' decision is in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. No correspondence will be made to entries who don't win.
