I just got back the following:

There's no other contact details on the website sadly. Only if there is on the email newsletter but I must have deleted mine.

I emailed them about it yesterday and they all came back to if you have joined put a notice in their discussion board.What a stupid site i logged in
and wrote in the site and next minute its telling me i have to log in what a stupid site.
