TERMS & CONDITIONS
Angus & Robertson's Chick Lit Book Pack Competition
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promoter is Angus & Robertson Pty Ltd (A.B.N 12 060 424 124) of Level 14, 379 Collins St, Melbourne, VIC 3000.
3. Entry is only open to all Angus & Robertson Rewards customers.
4. Employees of Angus & Robertson Pty Ltd, its franchisees, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
5. The major prize winners will each win a book pack containing copies of He's Just Not That Into You, It's Just a Date and It's Called a Break up Because it's Broken Total prize pack value is RRP $74.97 each.
6. The major prizes will be awarded to the ten (10) entrants who in the opinion of the judges, best tells us in 25 words or less: "What is the worst ever date you have been on?" and submits their full name, address, rewards card number and phone number via the online entry form by 13/03/09.
7. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary & creative merit.
8. The ten (10) best responses in the opinion of the judges will be awarded the major prize.
9. Competition commences 06/03/09. Entries close 5.00pm AEDST on 13/03/2009.
10. The winners will be selected by the Angus & Robertson Marketing Department on 16/03/2009. Winners will be notified by email. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Any costs incurred by the winner in excess of the value of the prize (including GST) and all incidental or personal costs incurred in redeeming the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
12. Redemption of the prize is subject to any and all conditions specified by Angus & Robertson at the time of awarding the prize.
13. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of the result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
14. Angus & Robertson will not accept responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Entries that are damaged, forged, incomplete, illegible or do not comply with the terms and conditions will be deemed invalid.
15. The Promoter collects entrant's personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Angus & Robertson respects your privacy. Your personal details will only be used for the purpose of this promotion.
