Players Club Promotion
This promotion is conducted by NSW Lotteries.
Employees, immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and organisations associated with the promotion, and persons under 18 years of age, are
ineligible to enter.
The Players Club Promotion will commence 0.01am Sunday 15 February 2009 and close 11.59pm Saturday 14 March 2009.
One single entry is submitted into the draw for each new Players Club membership or for each existing membership that is renewed. A new membership
application must be completed by either:
completing an on-line entry by visiting the NSW Lotteries website -www.nswlotteries.com.au
completing an application form at your local NSW Lotteries agent.
Only one (1) entry per Players Club member will be permitted.
An existing Players Club membership can only be renewed one month before expiry or up to 6 months after expiry.
The Players Club Promotion Prize Draw will take place midday Monday 23 March 2009 at 2 Figtree Drive, Homebush Bay, NSW 2127.
For the purposes of the Privacy Act, 2002 (Cwlth), entrants are informed that their names, email addresses and telephone numbers will be recorded by
the Promoter and may be used to update and maintain customer records, and advise entrants about future NSW Lotteries promotional offers.
The first randomly drawn entry will win $5,000. The next 11 randomly drawn entries will each win $1,000.
The prizes will be posted to the prize-winners at the address shown on their Players Club membership registration within ten working days of the
draw.
All entries are subject to security and verification checks at the absolute discretion of the Promoter. The Promoters decision is final.
The Promoter, its employees, contractors and Agents shall not be liable for and shall be held harmless for any loss, damage injury or other claim
whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of
or arising from person(s) participating in this promotion and associated publicity or in utilising one of the prizes.
All entries become the property of the Promoter, whose decision in respect of all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding on all
entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late entries or claims, or for lost or misdirected entries not
received by the Promoter or lost or misdirected claims. Entries not made in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be considered.
