The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) a limit of one prize per person (excluding SA residents).
Entrants must retain a photocopy of their Coles supermarket purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Only photocopy receipt(s) will be accepted. Original reciept(s) will not be accepted. Coles supermarket purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry.

If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

Promotion commences 02/02/09 and ends for purchases at 5pm AEDST on 15/03/09. Entries close 5pm AEDST (for mail entries) on 18/03/09 and at 11:59pm AEDST (for online entries) on 15/03/09. The first five (5) valid entries drawn in each of NSW/ACT and VIC/TAS, the first four (4) valid entries drawn in QLD and the first three (3) valid entries drawn in each of SA/NT and WA will each win a Coles Express Gift Card to the value of $500.
The Coles Express Gift Card is only redeemable at Coles Express stores and cannot be used for Bill Express or Kodak Kiosk payments or purchases. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Coles Express Gift Card are not included. Any unused balance of the Coles Express Gift Card will not be awarded as cash.
Redemption of the Coles Express Gift Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Coles Express Gift Card. Entrants should call 1300 304 990 for full conditions of use.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not redeem the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Total prize pool value is up to $2,500 in NSW/ACT and VIC/TAS, $2,000 in QLD and up to $1,500 in each of SA/NT and WA.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 06/07/09 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners’ names will be published in The Australian on 10/07/09.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.
As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner may be required to sign legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. dbz - 3-2-2009 @ 03:41 AM

I check Ansell Condoms for my job and saw the comp labels on the Durex Condoms this morning while I was at Coles.
They want us to buy 2 packs!

Kibby - 3-2-2009 @ 03:42 AM

dbz - 3-2-2009 @ 03:46 AM

Kibby - 3-2-2009 @ 03:48 AM

Flutterby - 3-2-2009 @ 03:51 AM

Maybe we can donate them to the local high schools :P:P:P

Oh and aptly named "Bonk" may need to rethink the sticky tape :o

rpolly - 3-2-2009 @ 04:10 AM

lol........well, I'll be stocking up! :P
One problem.........what is a Coles Express Store......don't think we have them in Launceston?

nicolejane - 3-2-2009 @ 04:15 AM

Wonder if the checkout operators will be able to keep a straight face when a comper buys lots of packs for multiple entries!!! :D:D

Rpolly - Coles Express is a Shell service station rebranded as Coles Express (kind of like some Caltex's are Woolies Caltex)

rpolly - 3-2-2009 @ 04:18 AM

hmmm.......so I suppose they'd be in the general vicinity of a Coles supermarket? I haven't seen one here.
Oh well, if I win I can always sell it I suppose.

Not necessarily - for example in SA, there are Coles Express at Port Wakefield and Nuriootpa, but the closest Coles stores are Gawler, Berri and Port Pirie - so easily 100 kms away

If you visit here, http://www.colesexpress.com.au/locator1.asp and enter town & postcode, you can find out where your nearest Coles Express is.

* Shows there are 2 in Launceston!

komala72 - 3-2-2009 @ 04:35 AM

I like your thinking Kibby, LOL least they wont burst as easily. I've got 2 single wrapped ones, I've had for abou 8 years. My hubby thought it would be funny to buy them from a vending machine. God knows why he thought it would come in handy. LOL

rpolly - 3-2-2009 @ 04:40 AM

well, there you go, Nicolejane, thankyou for that info! I never knew they existed. I guess I was just never looking for them!

frunue - 3-2-2009 @ 04:54 AM

funny....but Durex was sticky tape or condoms for years now. I believe you aren't allowed to day durex in schools now if you want sticky tape. Same goes for asking for a rubber...it's now an eraser!

nicolejane - 3-2-2009 @ 04:58 AM

I remember when we weren't supposed to say rubber anymore... it had to be eraser

Funny, though because we also did Ag Studies at high school, and I used to have a couple of castrating rings (unused of course!) on the end of my pencil that I used as erasers!

Had forgotten about it, but found it in an old pencilcase on the weekend!

:P:P:P:P:P:P:P:P:P:P:P:P:P:P:P:P:P:P

startsmall - 3-2-2009 @ 11:18 AM

Cracked me up!! The 1st post to thinking it was tape not condoms was bonk!! LMAO :P :P
The most posts I've seen for a comp with comments just for laughs, not the usual 'thanks', LOL. Hilarious!

Yeah, LisaBart, in Adelaide the Shell servo's are Coles Express. You can use the dockets there from buying groceries at Coles.

LisaBart - 3-2-2009 @ 11:33 AM

Hmmm just dont know if I can justify buying condoms......do they sell singles lol ??

gidda - 3-2-2009 @ 12:21 PM

If you have teenagers? You could do what I did years ago and buy their first complimentary pack??? I left them in the drawer with the bandaids and first aid kit. They didn't get touched till I actually opened the box and scattered them in the drawer. Then they mysteriously disappeared?

mska - 3-2-2009 @ 10:42 PM

I'm glad this isn't a WOL comp.
Imagine some of the answers! :P:P:P

chocolatewheats - 3-2-2009 @ 10:53 PM

suef18 - 4-2-2009 @ 04:45 AM
