Conditions of entry for The Daily Telegraph Duplicity Promotion

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of the terms and
conditions.
2. Entry is open only to all residents of NSW.
3. The Promoter is Nationwide News and Universal Pictures International. Employees of Nationwide News and their advertising agencies, newsagents,
sub-agents, respective employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
4. The competition commences at 12.01am on Monday 9th March, 2009 and closes on Sunday 15th March, 2009 at 11.59pm. Winners will be drawn Monday 16th
March, 2009 at Dialect Interactive, Level 9, 190 George Street, Sydney. Winners will be notified by mail. Judges’ decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
5. To enter, readers must phone or SMS a competition line as published in The Daily Telegraph on Monday 9th March and Thursday 12th March, 2009 and
leave their name, address, including postcode and daytime telephone number.
6. The major prize winners will be the first one hundred (100) randomly drawn (valid) entries. The major prize consists of a double in-season pass to
the film.
7. The Promoter takes no responsibility should the prize only be redeemable at selected Cinemas.
8. Major Prize is valued at $31. TOTAL PRIZE POOL IN NSW: $3100.00
9. Prize is subject to availability. The prize must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable for sale, transferable or redeemable for cash.
10. The prize can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
11. The Promoter takes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate contact information provided on competition entry. It is the responsibility of
the entrant to provide correct and accurate contact details, including address and postcode.
12. Any change in the value of the prizes between the publishing date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter/s.
13. All winners will be contacted via Mail.
14. The winners release the Promoters from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses) cost or charge
suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or
death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected Nationwide News cancelling any event related to this prize, Nationwide News
cannot be held responsible.
15. All entries become the property of the Promoters. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants’ names and
addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
16. The winner agrees to participate in any news media activities surrounding the promotion.
17. Nationwide News Pty Limited (publisher of this newspaper) collects your information to include you in this competition and will disclose the
information to others who help us run the competition. The winning entry will be as per paragraph 5 above. We may also use the information to assist
us in improving our goods and services and to contact you in the future in regard to our other goods and services. We may share your information with
other persons or entities who assist us in performing the above or with another company which provides prizes for the competition or reader offer.
