The survey is in 2 parts. Complete Part 1 for a chance to win one of three select half-dozen wines from Horlin-Smith Wines in South Australia, valued at over A$150.

Complete both parts and you will also enter the draw to win a bottle of Penfolds Grange '98 (perfectly cellared) valued at over A$500. The total survey will take about 15-20 minutes (you can stop at any time and resume later).
