1. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter is Australian Postal Corporation (ABN 28 864 970 579) trading as "Australia Post", 321 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, Vic, 3000.
3. The promotion commences on 3 March 2009 and entry forms need to be received by 5pm AEDT on 15 March 2009. No responsibility accepted for lost,
late, illegible or misdirected entries.
4. Entry is open to Australian residents only. Entrants must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to enter. Employees,
directors, management, licensees and contractors of the Promoter, its related companies and agencies associated with the promotion, the immediate
families of the above listed persons, and the retailers of and suppliers to the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
5. To enter the promotion, entrants must during the promotional period either: (a) complete the official entry form and send it to Sweeney Research,
PO Box 317, South Melbourne BC, Vic, 3205; or (b) complete the on-line entry form and submit it via the website at www.auspost.com.au/200years/stamps
Limit of one entry per person.
6. The first valid entry drawn will win our grand prize of a framed presentation of stamps commemorating 200 years of
postal services in Australia. The grand prize has an estimated value up to $5,000. Entries will continue to be drawn for a chance to win one of 10
framed posters valued at $300 each or one of 100 copies of the book The Stamp of Australia valued at $19.95 each or one of 100 Australia Post - 200 Years stamp packs at $5.95 each. The total
value of all prizes is $10,590.
7. The draw will take place at 3.30pm AEDT on Friday, 20 March 2009 at Headquarters, Australia Post, 321 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, Vic, 3000. The
winners will be notified in writing within two business days of the draw date and the name of the winner of the grand prize will be published in The
Australian on 1 April 2009.
8. The Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary if prize(s) remain unclaimed three months after the draw. If necessary, an unclaimed
prize draw will be conducted at 3.30pm AEDT on 20 June 2009 at the same address as the initial draw. The winners of any unclaimed prize draw will be
notified in writing within two business days of the further draw date and, if required, the name of the winner of the grand prize will be published in
The Australian on 25 June 2009.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for
cash. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
10. The Promoter, its contractors, employees and agents, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered
sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, arising out of or in any way connected with the
promotion and/or its prizes, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. Tax implications may arise from the receipt or use of a prize.
Independent financial advice should be sought.
11. Entry into the promotion shall be deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry and is deemed approval to use the winners’ name(s) and
photograph(s) for publicity purposes. The Promoter may at its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these
conditions of entry. Privacy Notice: We collect your personal information so you can enter, and we can administer, this promotion. Without your
personal information we cannot enter you in the promotion. Subject to some exceptions allowed by law, you may request access to your personal
information while we store it. We will assess your request in accordance with the law and tell you why if access is denied. A request to access,

I dont know what would have been better though. an online or postal vote.

have you scrolled all the way down, the form continues, I noticed untill I figured that out and filled it all in and checked the t&c box it didn't work.
Mine wouldn't submit until I scrolled down.
When you scroll down there's space for email
