Ten Minor Prize winners will also receive two complimentary tickets to the show of their choice during 2009†.

1. Information on prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions of
entry.

2. The name of the promotion is the 'FKP Annual Passport to QPAC Competition'.

3. The Promoter is the Queensland Performing Arts Trust, ABN 13 967 571 128, of
Queensland Cultural Centre, South Bank Qld 4101.

4. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter, FKP Property Group and
QPAC are not eligible to participate in this promotion.

5. To enter you must purchase at least two tickets to the QPAC Chicago season
commencing March 2009 and enter the competition by completing the on-line
competition entry form, hosted by QPAC.

6. You may enter as many times as you wish, so long as each entry corresponds
to an additional purchase of at least two tickets to the QPAC season of
Chicago. The competition opens on 20 October 2008 and closes on 16 March
2009. No entries will be accepted after this closing date.

7. The draw will take place on Tuesday 17 March 2009.

8. The first valid randomly drawn entry will be declared the major prize winner
of the promotion.

9. The next ten valid randomly drawn entries will be declared minor prize
winners.

10. The major prize winner will receive:
a. Two complimentary QPAC tickets every month for one year from
Wednesday 18 March 2009 until Wednesday 17 March 2010 (a total
of 24 tickets) to the shows of the winner's choice, subject
to availability. The value of the QPAC tickets are to be no
more than $110 each. Unused tickets in any given month will
not be rolled over to the following month.

b. For each show the winner will receive a complimentary program
voucher, two complimentary beverage vouchers, complimentary
parking and complimentary chocolate voucher.

All prices are inclusive of GST.

11. The minor prize winners will each receive:
a. Two complimentary QPAC tickets to one 2009 QPAC show of the winner's
choice, subject to availability. The value of the QPAC tickets are
to be no more than $220.

12. The total major prize value of the promotion is $3,875. This figure is an
estimate only and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any
variation in prize values.

13. The total prize value of each of the minor prizes is $220. This figure is
an estimate only and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any
variation in prize values.

14. The prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable to any
other person, except as provided in these terms and conditions.

15. The details of the winning entrants will be published on the QPAC website
www.qpac.com.au after Tuesday 17th March 2009. The winning entrants
will also be notified by phone and/or mail.

16. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions will be deemed
invalid. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Promoter is
final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility
will be taken for any lost, damaged, or misdirected entry forms.

17. The winner of this promotion agrees to allow their name and/or photograph
to be used in conjunction with any advertising or promotion for, on
behalf of, or at the direction of the Promoter.

18. All entries become the property of the Promoter and may be entered into a
database and used for the Promoter's marketing, promotional and publicity
purposes. Unless you advise otherwise, the information may also be shared
with the Promoter's suppliers. The Promoter respects your privacy rights
and will only use your personal information as indicated. You may request
access at any time to personal information held by the Promoter about you.

19. Subject to any applicable laws which can not be excluded, Queensland
Performing Arts Trust, FKP Property Group and QPAC shall not be liable
for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but
not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss), arising either
directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the prize or
the promotion.
