The winners will be drawn at the premises of Independent Digital Media at 12noon on 24/3/09. The total prize value is $1,090.05. The winners will be notified by mail 3/4/09. 2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged eighteen or over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoters, directors, management, related companies, retailers, suppliers and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

3. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The winners will be notified by mail on the 7/7/09.

The first valid and eligible 3 entries will win a years supply of The Body Shop – Body Butter. 13 Body Butters per person, valued at $27.95 each. Each prize is worth $363.35. Total Prize Value = $1,090.05.

The prize is strictly non transferable, not redeemable for cash or exchange.
The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The Promoters will not be responsible if the prizes or any part of the prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters’ control. In the event of such cancellation, re-scheduling or unavailability of the prizes, the Promoters will endeavor but are not obliged to provide a substitute prizes of equivalent value.

9. All entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter. Parent or guardian may be called to verify consent and be required to sign a release at the discretion of the Promoter.

10. The prize winners must, at the Promoter's request, participate in any marketing and promotional activity in relation to winning the prize, free of charge, and consent to the Promoter's using their name and image in such promotional material.

The Promoters are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoters assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoters reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition - subject to any written directions from a relevant Regulatory Authority.
