10 lucky winners will bring their dinner to the IKEA store, dine at the table of their choice and take away the table and chairs on the
night!
Step 1
Write down the table and chairs of your choice (as displayed in the Dining department) on the entry form.
Step 2
Place your entry form in the competition box located in the Dining department, by 9pm Thursday 19th March 2009. The entries will be drawn Friday 20th
March 2009 until each table has a matching entry and winners immediately notified.
Step 3
If you’re a winner, prepare your own dinner, crockery and cutlery and be seated at your chosen table no later than 7pm on the night of the DINE IN
& TAKE AWAY DINNER, Thursday 26th March 2009. Drinks will be provided by IKEA.
Note: To qualify, you must invite a minimum of 3 people to dine with you, 2 adults must be included at the table. The table and chairs (new from the
store) will be offered for FREE upon completion of your meal. Winning groups will receive a proof of participation that entitles them to the FREE
dining set.
A special prize will be awarded to the best themed table of the night
Terms & conditions of entry
The competition is known as the ‘Dine In & Take Away’ Competition. The Competition 1) is promoted by Cebas Pty Ltd ABN 15 009 156 003.
2) Instructions on how to enter, and other details contained within promotional material in respect of the Competition form a part of these terms and
conditions.
3) Competition entries will be accepted between 9.00 am on Monday 9 February, 2009 and 9.00 pm on Thursday 19 March, 2009.
4) Entries must be completed in full, signed and dated by the entrant. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify, without notice, entries that are
late, do not comply, or are not submitted in accordance with, these terms and conditions.
5) Each Entrant may only submit one entry.
6) Entries must be submitted by depositing in the entry box located in the Dining department of the IKEA Adelaide store Showroom at 397 Sir Donald
Bradman Drive, Adelaide Airport, SA 5950.
7) Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and all agencies and companies associated with the Competition are ineligible to enter.
8) The Promoter, or its representative, will select 10 of the entries to compete in the Competition. The Competing Entries will be selected on the
basis of matching the entries with the available prizes.
Only the Entrants responsible for Competing Entries will be eligible to compete for the prizes specified in the Competition entry form. The Promoter’s
decision as to which entries are to be the Competing Entries is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9) By signing and submitting an entry, the Entrant agrees that (a) ownership of the entry and all materials submitted therewith (Entry), including all
intellectual property rights, will automatically transfer, assign and vest in the Promoter, and (b) they consent to any use of the Entry by, or on
behalf of, the Promoter and waive any right to compensation or consideration in respect of such use.
10) The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept any Entry that contains any material that is defamatory, offensive, contrary to ordinary
standards of decency or has, in the opinion of the Promoter, been submitted in bad faith. The Promoter’s decision to refuse an Entry is final and
no
correspondence will be entered into.
11) Competing Entrants will compete for the prizes in the manner specified on the Competition entry form and on dates, and at times, specified by the
Promoter. All Competing Entrants must compete in person and may not appoint a representative or agent to compete on their behalf.
12) Prizes will be provided to winning Competing Entrants pursuant to the Competition entry form at such time and place determined by the Promoter. In
the event that any prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Prizes cannot be
transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Prizes do not include delivery or assembly.
13) To the extent permitted by law and unless expressly given in relation to a prize, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the
quality or suitability of any goods offered as prizes.
14) The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, unilaterally and without notice, cancel, terminate, postpone, modify or suspend the Competition or any
of these terms and conditions, including the prizes. In the event that the Promoter cancels the Competition or the Race, it shall not be obliged to
conduct the Competition at any other time, or to provide any prizes.
15) Except where otherwise indicated on the entry form, all personal information collected is collected for the purpose of conducting the Competition
and engaging in direct marketing and advertising to the Entrant. Entrants providing personal information are entitled to access this information
upon
request made in writing to Cebas Pty Ltd, 397 Sir Donald Bradman Drive, Adelaide Airport SA 5950, in order to update it or otherwise. Failure to
provide the personal information requested will render an entry void.
16) The Promoter and any persons, agencies or companies associated with the Promoter or the Competition will not be liable for any claim, loss or
damage of whatever nature (including personal injury, death, disablement or damage to property), whether direct, indirect or consequential, suffered
or arising out of the entry into by the Entrant of the Competition, or the participation of a Competing Entrant, the cancellation or postponement of
the Competition or the Race, or the supply or use of any prize. By submitting an entry, the Entrant releases the Promoter and any persons,
agencies or companies associated with the Promoter or the Competition from any Claim whether arising now or in the future.
17) The Entrant acknowledges that they have read and understood, and agrees to be bound by, these terms and conditions and hereby submits their entry
form as a deed.
