Yes, I won opera tickets but also can't make it! You don't get much notice - I know when you enter it tells you when entries close & when the show is, but who really keeps their dates free in the hope that they might find out about a win 2 days before the event??
We won scooby doo tickets through this website 2 weeks ago. Received an email congratulating me on the family pass, 2 hrs later sent another email
apologising it's only a double pass even though comp was advertised as a family pass. as still not received anything followed it up today they
apologised said they sent them. who knows.?
Also my mother inlaw won tickets to another of their comps. Again received nothing followed it up and they apologised and expressed posted them as the
event was for the next day.
They appear to be unorganised and unreliable.
