Nicolas Cage’s made-in-Melbourne thriller Knowing hits cinemas on March 26, and cinema-goers will have a ball spotting all the local landmarks. Directed by Australian Alex Proyas, Knowing also offers a spooky story – when a time capsule is dug up from the grounds of a primary school 50 years after it was buried, it unleashes all kinds of terrifying predictions about the future. Cage is the professor who unlocks the code and sets out to prevent the predictions from coming true. Aussie actors Rose Byrne and Ben Mendelsohn co-star.
