Thanks OCW. There's always one I get stuck on and I know I can rely on you to have the answer!

I won $100 in Issue 14, got a letter in November 2008 and even though I have been ringing once a month since they have still not sent me a cheque!

I am fed-up with them not paying up!

I know what you feel like. I won a prize in the Women's Weekly puzzle book back in September last year and still haven't got it.

I've spoken to 4 different people - including the Editor - and still nothing. On Wednesday last week I rang again and finally tracked down the lady who handles the prizes. She assured me she would get back to me by the end of the day - you guessed it - nothing!

If I don't hear anything by the end of this coming week, I will write an actual letter. Sometimes I think phone calls get lost in the office memos somewhere.
