WP I wouldn't think so. If you're the major winner you possibly could get a relative or friend to pick up the tickets. Having said that though it
would be silly to enter for the main prize if you're not going to be in the state for the event.
The minor winners don't have to collect.
This is my first go at my 'not interested/eligible' button I usually
just ignore comps like this, I don't want to pay for flights.
