The competition closes 27 March 2009, then three lucky winners will receive A Year's Free Internet, plus one lucky winner will receive a $500 credit

Win A Year's Free Internet Competition Terms & Conditions
1. The promoter is Westnet Pty Ltd (referred to as Westnet), ABN 50 086 416 908 of Level 7, Central Park, 152 St Georges Tce, Perth WA 6000. 2. The
competition starts 23 February 2009 and closes at 4.00pm WST on 27 March 2009. This period shall be deemed the competition period. 3. Entries received
after 4.00pm, 27 March 2009 will be deemed invalid. 4. The winners will be drawn on 3 April 2009 at Westnet, Level 7, Central Park, 152 St Georges
Tce, Perth WA 6000 following the closure of the competition period. 5. Entry is open to residential Westnet members who have been with Westnet for a
minimum of 12 months as of 23 February 2009, and who complete the online entry form. Entry is limited to one entry per Westnet username. Members on a
Westnet Business plan are not eligible to enter. 6. Westnet's agents, employees and their relatives are ineligible to enter the competition.
Contractors, advertising agencies and other Westnet's business partners are also ineligible to enter the competition. 7. To enter, simply complete
the entry form on MyAccount during the competition period by filling in your details in the spaces provided and submitting your entry. Westnet takes
no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. 8. The date the competition form is submitted will be used as the entry date for the draw. 9.
The winners agree to make themselves available for marketing purposes. 10. Westnet's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Westnet will not be held liable by entrants or any party for any loss, damage or injury that results directly or indirectly from this competition.
12. The winners will be selected based on the answers provided to the 25 words or less question asked at point of competition entry. Win A Year's
Free Internet: 13. There are three (3) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of one (1) year's free internet service based on the plan the member is
on at the time of competition entry. 14. Prize will only cover the internet plan fee that the member is on at the time of competition entry. If a
winning member upgrades or downgrades their internet plan during the following 12 months, the prize value will remain the same and the member will be
liable to pay any difference in monthly plan fee. 15. The prizes will be awarded as an account credit to the equivalent value of the monthly internet
plan fee each month for a period of 12 months only. 16. Prizes cover monthly internet plan fee only (Dialup, Broadband1, Broadband2+ or Satellite plan
fee), and do not cover any excess usage charges, or charges for any additional services such as Phone line rental or calls, hosting services or email
protection services. Win a $500 account credit: 17. The winners will be selected based on whether they confirm the account information provided and on
the answers provided to the 25 words or less question asked at point of competition entry. 18. There is one (1) prize to be won. The prize consists of
one (1) $500 account credit. 19. The prize will be awarded as a once-off account credit to the value of $500. 20. Prize can be used against any
Westnet service up until the point of reaching $500 worth of service value. 21. Prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or
alternative goods. General: 22. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative goods. If customer cancels their internet
plan prior to the end of the 12 month free period, they will forgo the remaining credit. Any remaining credit cannot be redeemed as cash. 23. Winners
will be notified by email and will receive their prize by account credit. 24. Westnet can amend, alter or change the terms and conditions of the
competition prior to, during or after the competition period without prior notice. 25. Westnet may publish names of the winners in the April 2009
edition of the Westnet Newsletter in the following format: First Initial. Surname, State. (e.g. J. Smith, SA). 26. All entries are the property of
