CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Information on How to Enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
All Entrants into this Promotion are deemed to have accepted these Conditions of Entry.
The Promotion is only open to individuals who:
I.are residents of Australia; and
II.are aged 18 years or older; and
III.are not employees (or immediate family of such employees) of the Promoter or Co-Promoter, or any of its related corporations or any of their
agencies associated with the Promotion; and
IV.have not won a prize/prizes valued either individually or collectively at more than $1,000 from the Promoter, or in any contest run by the
Promoter, in the 12 month period prior to the commencement of this promotion; and
V.have not been discovered to have breached Conditions of Entry of previous contests run by the Promoter (“Entrants”).
“Immediate family” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child, parent, step-parent, grandparent,
step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin and the persons referred to above includes
natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter) and the Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible
Entrant in its absolute discretion.
The Entrant is responsible for ensuring his or her familiarity with the Conditions of Entry at the time of participation. The Promoter’s decision not
to enforce a specific restriction (whether communicated to an entrant or not) does not constitute a waiver of that restriction nor of the Conditions
of Entry generally.
All Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter can rely on these Conditions of Entry even if the Promoter only learns of a person’s ineligibility after
the Promoter has awarded a prize to the ineligible person. Return of a prize or payment of its equivalent value to the Promoter may be required by
the Promoter if this occurs.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these conditions of entry and of the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters.
No correspondence will be entered into.
All prices stated are in Australian dollars, represent the recommended retail price (“RRP”) and include GST. All references to times and dates are to
times and dates in Melbourne, which may be Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) or Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (AEDST) depending on the
date. All times are stated using the 24 hour clock.
KEY DATES
The Promotion commences 02 March 2009 at 00:01 and final entries close 29 March 2009 at 16:59 (“Promotion Period”).
9. All Prize Draws will be conducted at Prime Focus Suite 104/55 Beach Street Port Melbourne Victoria 3207. Prizes will be drawn throughout the
Promotion via the following hourly prize draws. Hourly prize draws will occur on the hour starting at 10.00am and finishing at 17:00pm each day from
02 March 2009 to 29 March 2009 (inclusive). There will be 224 hourly prize draws in total during the Promotion Period.
Non-winning entries from each Minor Prize Draw will be entered into any subsequent Minor Prize Draws for the remainder of the week as per the table
listed below BUT will NOT be entered into any further Minor Prize Draws. Entries received after 16:59pm on 04 March 2009 will NOT be entered into any
Minor Prize Draws.

Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW: If a prize remains unclaimed or is forfeited for any reason the Promoter may conduct such further draw or draws as the Promoter
deems necessary to distribute any unclaimed prize, subject to any written directions under relevant Lottery and Gaming Regulations (“The Unclaimed
Prize Draw”). The Unclaimed Prize Draw (if any) shall take place on 08 July 2009 at 12.00 noon at 104/55 Beach Street Port Melbourne.
HOW TO ENTER
To enter Entrants must purchase two (2) participating Ocean Spray drink products* in one transaction from any outlets during the Promotion Period
(“Qualifying Purchase”).
* The participating products are those referred to in clause 14 of these Conditions of Entry.
Entrants can enter via SMS or the Internet:
I.To enter via SMS (“SMS Entry”): Entrants must send an SMS with: Entrants must send an SMS with the last five (5) digits of the barcode printed on
each of the two (2) products purchased, the four (4) digits of the purchase receipt, the prize code representing the entrants prize choice together
with their full name (first name and last name) full address details and postcode (in this order) to 1999 6455.

Maximum SMS entry cost per message is 55 cents including GST. Service provided by Prime Focus.
II.To enter via the Internet (“Web Entry”): Entrants must log on to www.oceanspray.com.au and follow the links to the Promotion website. The Entrant
is required to fully complete the online entry form including entering the last five (5) digits of the barcode printed on each of the two (2) products
purchased, their purchase receipt number and the prize code representing the entrants’ prize choice.
Any costs associated with accessing the Promotion website is the Entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
Entrants must make their entries manually using an internet browser.
ENTRANTS MUST RETAIN A PHOTOCOPY OF THEIR PURCHASE RECIEPTS FOR ALL ENTRIES SUBMITTED.
EACH ENTRY MUST RELATE TO A SEPARATE QUALIFYING PURCHASE.
PRIZE CODE NOTED WITHIN ENTRY REPRESENTS PRIZE WON IF ENTRY IS DRAWN.
PRIZE CODE CANNOT BE CHANGED ONCE ENTRY IS SUBMITTED.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS & VERIFICATION
Multiple entries accepted subject to:
I.each entry must relate to a separate Qualifying Purchase;re permitted per person (SMS Entry) and/or household (WEB Entry) for the Promotion
Period.
The same purchase receipt cannot be used more than once unless the receipt shows that four (4) or more participating Ocean Spray products are
purchased and there is still only one entry per day submitted. Unrecognized receipts will be deemed invalid.
All entries in the Promotion may be subject to verification by the Promoter, including:
I.Entrants MUSTretain a photocopy(s) of their purchase receipt(s) (evidencing their Qualifying Purchase) for all entries submitted as proof of
purchase (“proof of purchase”). Purchase receipt(s) must clearly show the two (2) Ocean Spray products purchased and also specify the Coles
Supermarket the purchase was made and the date / time of purchase. Date/time of purchase must be during the Promotion Period but prior to submission
of entry(ies). Entrants may be required to, within 7 days of being asked to do so, send their proof of purchase in order to validate their
entry(ies). A reply paid address will be provided to entrants for this purpose. Entrants must also retain a photocopy of the proof of purchase
submitted for verification purposes. The Promoter recommends that Entrants send their proof of purchase via registered post, however, this is not a
Condition of Entry; and
II.All Entrants MUST also deliver to the Promoter (by such means as is determined in the absolute discretion of the Promoter) copies of any other
documents the Promoter may request establishing eligibility to enter or win, including but not limited to evidence of age, residence or identity
(“additional documentation”). The Promoter may make one or more requests for additional documentation. Once the identity of such additional documents
is established, the Entrant must deliver the additional documents requested copies within 7 days of being asked to do so. At the Promoter's request,
an Entrant MUST also, within 7 days of being asked to do so, allow the Promoter to inspect and copy the original of any such document.
If a provisional winner cannot provide the required proof of purchase as set out in this condition 18, he/she forfeits all prize entitlements and the
prize will be awarded to the next valid entry drawn.
The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, disqualify any Entrant/s and declare any or all entries made by an Entrant/s invalid if the Entrant/s:
I.Tampers with the entry process, including the use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permit the
Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly; or
II.Shares proof of purchase requirements in order to gain competitive advantage over other Entrants; or
III.Tampers with the operation of the Promotion or web site; or
IV.Is found to be using multiple aliases, mobile phone numbers, household addresses or email addresses; or
V.Acts in a disruptive manner; or
VI.Fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Promotion to the Promoter's satisfaction; or
VII.Fails to produce proof of purchase or other items as required or produces items that, in the Promoter's opinion, are illegible, stolen, forged,
reconstructed, altered, incomplete or tampered with in any way; or
VIII.Acts in violation of these Conditions of Entry.
ENTRY DETAILS
Entrants can only enter in their own name
Post Office boxes, Private Bags, Locked Bags or Common Boxes will not be accepted as postal addresses.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt in the Promotion database and NOT time of transmission by the entrant.
No responsibility will be taken for lost, stolen, damaged Proof of Purchase or late or misdirected entries.
Incomplete, illegible or incorrect entries, entries which are not in the required format or which contain offensive or defamatory comments, or which
breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win.
A reply message will appear online for Web Entry submissions to let Entrants know if they have submitted a valid entry. If an entrant sends an entry
with an incorrect code(s), a message will appear online to let them know that the code(s) is/are not recognised by the database. The entrant will be
asked to check the code(s) and to resubmit their entry. There is an automated limit on unrecognised codes. An entrant may be blocked, at the
discretion of the Promoter, from submitting entries once the limit has been reached.
Response times may vary and are subject to network coverage and availability, the number of entries received by the Promoter, the available memory of
the SIM card inside the Entrant’s mobile phone and/or other technical problems beyond the control of the Promoter.
Errors and omissions accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
SMS ENTRY DETAILS
Entry via SMS is only open to consumers with an SMS compatible mobile phone connected to a service provider which permits text messaging to the
Promotion SMS number. Prospective Entrants should check with their network service provider to see if their mobile phone is compatible. Entry is not
available to Vodafone Maxi Plan, Super Plan and Mega Cap Plan Prepaid customers.
Entrants must ensure that all care is taken when entering. It is the sole responsibility of the Entrant to ensure that they SMS the correct number, in
the event that an error occurs the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs incurred, responses received or any other financial or other
consequences which result there from but is the sole responsibility of the Entrant. Entrants acknowledge that SMS is not a guaranteed delivery
communication tool.
A reply SMS message will be sent back to SMS entrants to let them know if they have submitted a valid entry. If an Entrant sends an entry with an
incorrect code(s), a message will be sent back to the Entrant’s mobile phone to let them know that the code(s) is/are not recognised by the database.
The Entrant will be asked to check the code(s) and to resubmit their entry. SMS Entrants will be charged an additional 55 cents (including GST) to
resubmit their entry. There is an automated limit on unrecognised codes. An entrant may be blocked, at the discretion of the Promoter, from
submitting entries once the limit has been reached.
The person entitled to the relevant prize is the person who holds the phone account used to submit the entry and who can produce the proof of purchase
evidencing their Qualifying Purchase. If more than one person claims to meet these requirements and claims a prize, the Promoter will have the sole
discretion to determine which of those persons shall be the winning Entrant.
MAJOR PRIZE OPTIONS
The first valid entry drawn in each of the Minor Prize Draws will win, depending on the prize code forming part of the entry drawn, either an Ocean
Spray Cranberry Eftpos debit card preloaded with $100 (prize code “BAD”) or pledge a $100 donation to The Starlight Children’s Foundation (prize code
“GOOD”).
Total Prizes are valued at $22,400.
Ocean Spray Cranberry Eftpos Debit card prizes can be used at any store that accepts Eftpos cards for purchases, up to the total value of the prize.
Any costs in excess of the value of the Ocean Spray Cranberry Eftpos Debit card prizes (including GST) and all ancillary costs associated with
redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter shall not be liable for any Ocean Spray Cranberry Eftpos Debit card that has
been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Use of the Ocean Spray Cranberry Eftpos Debit card is subject to the terms and
conditions provided by the Eftpos provider when the prize is awarded. Once the amount loaded onto the Ocean Spray Cranberry Eftpos card has been
spent, the card will no longer operate.
A tax receipt will be provided to all winners who pledge a donation to The Starlight Children’s Foundation 35. Limit of one (1) Prize may be awarded
per person (SMS Entry) and/or household (WEB Entry) per week (Promotion weeks are defined in Condition 10 of these Conditions of Entry) (except for SA
residents).

All Prizes must be taken as stated. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Prizes cannot be sold, scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged, or promoted as an incentive or reward by any third party as an inducement for any person
or other entity to enter into any commercial or other arrangements with that third party. If a prize is obtained through any of these methods, it will
not be honored.
Unless expressly stated within these Conditions of Entry regarding all prizes, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
Prizes will be delivered at the cost of the Promoter to the residential address specified by the prize winners.
In the event that for any reason a prize winner does not take the whole or part of a prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that whole or
part of the prize will be forfeited by the prize winner. Neither cash nor other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of the forfeited whole
or part of the prize.
The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in prize value of the prizes occurring between the date of printing Promotion materials
and the date the prizes are claimed.
If for any reason a prize is no longer capable of being redeemed, the prize winner/s will receive a prize, as determined in the absolute discretion of
the Promoter of equivalent value (as if the original prize had been awarded to that person, less any administrative expenses incurred by the
Promoter), subject to the approval of the relevant Regulatory Gaming Authorities.
The Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion take no responsibility for any prizes being damaged in transit, or for any
delay in delivery of any prizes or for the prizes becoming lost or stolen after it or they have been delivered to, collected by and/or released to the
prize winner(s).
PRIZE WINNERS
A prize will only be awarded where the prize winner’s proof of purchase and, if applicable, additional documentation fulfils all of the requirements
of the Promoter’s verification tests and procedures. All tests and procedures are determined by the Promoter at its absolute discretion.
To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies its employees servants and agents exclude all liability for
any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Entrant and/or Prize winner in connection with
the Promotion or prizes, including but not limited to:
I. any indirect, economic or consequential loss;
II. any loss arising from the negligent act or omission of any party;
III. any liability for personal injury or death.
Entrants and/or a prize winner must, if requested by the Promoter, agree to, sign and return:
I. an eligibility form confirming their compliance with the Conditions and/or eligibility to accept a prize if drawn; and
II. a liability release, waiver and/or indemnity, in a form determined by the Promoter and in favour of the Promoter and/or any person or other entity
associated with this Promotion ( I and ii collectively “Eligibility Form”).
A reply paid address will be provided.
In the event of an Entrant or prize winner failing and/or refusing to return the signed Eligibility Form, that Entrant will be disqualified from the
Promotion.
The prize winners must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) relating to the winning
of a prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material.
The prize winner/s shall be solely liable for any tax and/or other financial liabilities and/or implications that may arise from the prize winnings
and shall keep the Promoter harmless in respect thereto. Independent financial advice should be sought by prize winners in so far as they consider it
necessary.
On the entry form it states any Metcash store ?????
I looked up the metcash web site and it looks like IGA and Foodland.

The fact that the ask for a recipt number points toward it having to be a specific store.
