HOW TO ENTER
1. To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any Blackmores Product from any participating Woolworths or Safeway stores between 02/03/2009 and close of business on 29/03/2009.

2. To enter, entrants must then visit www.blackmores.com.au/wimbledon and follow the prompts to complete the entry form and input the requested details including name, address, contact number, email address, product purchased and store receipt number.

3. At the end of the promotional period a draw will be conducted from all entries received. The first valid entry drawn will be deemed the provisional winner.

4. Keep a copy of your store receipt so we can verify your purchase and reward your prize!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

4. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

5. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) a maximum of one (1) entry per person per day is permitted.

6. Entrants must retain their original or a photocopy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase, clearly showing the date, time and store of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.

7. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

8. Promotion commences at 12:01am AEDST on 02/03/2009 and ends for purchases at close of business on 29/03/2009. Final entries close 11.59pm AEDST on 29/03/2009 ("Promotional Period").

9. A draw will take place at Greeneagle Distribution & Fulfilment Unit 10, 20 Ricketty St Mascot NSW 2020 at 3pm AEDST on 03/04/2009. The Winner will be notified by mail within 5 days of the draw and the provisional winner’s name will be published in The Australian on 24/04/09. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. The first valid entry drawn will win return premium economy (World Traveller Plus) airfares with British Airways for two (2) people from Sydney to London. Prize includes return economy airfares from winner’s nearest state capital city to Sydney (if required) to join the British Airways flight to London, airfare taxes, return airport/hotel transfers in London, five (5) nights accommodation at The Ritz London (July 1 – 5, 2009 inclusive), full English breakfast. Exclusive VIP Wimbledon Package for two (2) people, includes: Return limousine transfers from hotel to the All England Lawn Tennis Club at Wimbledon, centre court tickets to either the men’s or women’s finals (as determined by the Promoter, subject to availability), a four-course luncheon, full traditional afternoon tea with strawberries and cream, VIP Passes to a corporate marquee, official programs and seat cushions. Major Prize valued at AUD$44,750rrp depending on point of departure.

12. The Major Prize is subject to booking and availability.

13. Winner must be available to depart Australia on 30th June 2009 and return to Australia on 8th July 2009.

14. Unless otherwise stipulated, all meals, spending money, insurance, taxes, transfers, transport to and from point of departure, transport to and from accommodation and all other ancillary costs (including but not limited to any unplanned travel or accommodation expenses) are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Winners and their travel companions will not accrue Frequent Flyer points on the prize travel or accommodation. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Both passengers must travel at the same time. The winner (and any companion) must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.

15. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.

16. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. If any winner of the prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.

17. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.

18. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

19. The VIP Wimbledon finals ticket prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organizers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner (and/or his/her companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.

20. Total prize pool value is up to AUD $44,750.

21. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

22. In order to be eligible to take the prize, the entrant must be able to take it at the specified time. The entrant specified on the first valid entry drawn will be deemed a "Provisional Winner". The Promoter will draw additional entries and record them in the order drawn as "Reserves". The Provisional Winner will be notified by mail and their name will be published in The Australian on 24/04/09. The following process will apply to the awarding of the prize.
(A) All States/Territories excluding SA: The Promoter will attempt to contact the Provisional Winner by phone on up to 5 occasions. He/she has until 2:00pm AEST on 30/04/09 ("Claim Date A") to claim the prize. If he/she is contacted prior to Claim Date A and is eligible he/she will receive the prize. Otherwise, part (B) will apply.
(B) The Promoter may select a Reserve and attempt to contact him/her by phone on up to 5 occasions within a 48 hour period, except if the Reserve is from SA, in which case part (C) will apply. If contacted and eligible, he/she will receive the prize. If the Reserve cannot be contacted within 48 hours, or is contacted but ineligible, or cannot confirm eligibility within 24 hours; the Promoter will select the next Reserve, and the same process as in this part (B) will apply until 2:00pm AEST on 14/05/09 ("Claim Date B"). If the prize is not awarded prior to Claim Date B, the process in part (D) will apply.
(C) SA residents: The Promoter will attempt to contact any SA Provisional Winner or Reserve by phone on up to 5 occasions. He/she has until 11am on 06/07/09 ("Claim Date C") to claim the prize. If contacted prior to Claim Date B (see part (B) above), and is eligible, he/she will receive the prize. If contacted but ineligible, or cannot confirm eligibility within 24 hours, then the Promoter will select another Reserve, in accordance with part (B). If contact is made after Claim Date B but prior to Claim Date C, and he/she is ineligible, a prize of equivalent value will be awarded via the process in part (D), or if he/she is eligible a prize of equivalent value as determined by the Promoter will be awarded. If the original prize is not awarded prior to Claim Date C, the process in part (D) will apply.
(D) In order to award a prize, as determined by the Promoter but of equivalent value to the original prize, a draw may take place at the same time and place as the original draw on 07/07/09, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The draw will exclude any ineligible Provisional Winners or Reserves. Any winner will be notified by mail and their name will be published in The Australian on 21/07/09.

23. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

24. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and his/her companion) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter / Prize Supplier / organisers in their absolute discretion including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

25. The winner (and his/her companion) is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation.

26. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred by the winner in the event that the scheduled prize is cancelled for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter, including but not limited to any instance where Wimbledon 2009 is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter. In this event, the winner acknowledges and agrees that the prize will not be re-scheduled, nor will the winner be entitled to receive any compensation from the Promoter in lieu of the prize (unless otherwise determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion).

27. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

28. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

29. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) if Wimbledon 2009 is cancelled or postponed for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter; (e) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) taking of the prize.

30. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter. .
